Day 3 (4th August) walking the Anglesey Coastal Path with @cicerone
It was such a long day and we had a super early start (or early for me!) - We were up around 6ish, sorting and packing up the gear and off walking by 7am - lots of ups and downs to start with, but the stunning views were worth it!

Weather - blue skies and lots of sunshine - getting very hot ☀️almost too hot 🥵
Distance walked: approx 16 miles

🎉Today was the 6th year anniversary of the Tough Girl Podcast and the reason for taking on 6 new adventures/challenges over the next few months. I wanted to celebrate and mark the occasion, get outside and share my love of the outdoors and challenges.

Be aware the guide book is for the whole of the Wales Coast Path, the Anglesey part starts following the Menai Bridge and then goes anti-clockwards around the island. So the book is backwards if you start from Holyhead and go clockwise! You do have to think a little bit more. Such a great walk. The old brickworks is one of my favourite locations (and a cool place for a wild camp).

Totally agree. I've seen the old brickworks but I've never actually wild camped there. But I think it would be incredible view to wake upto in the morning.
I really do think Anglesey is an undiscovered gem in the UK. I'm surprised more people don't walk it
