Nice! I have the same bike and same color. Hit 700+ miles on it, did first oil change at 600 and it's a blast to ride. Tried to do a wheelie and got a ticket too which was stressful. Planning on doing the power mods next season but it's enough for now.

Kevin James I couldn’t recommend it more for a first bike. Like I said in the vid, I grew up on dirt bikes so the DRZ feels great. I’m 6’0” and the seat height feels fine.
VQNick I’ve never been on a KTM 690, but I can say that the DRZ is a great bike for the money. The KTM runs a little pricier, but “supposedly” performs better. It’s all pretty subjective. I’m biased, but I love the DRZ.

I’m almost flat footed when straddling the bike. But since the bike is so light and maneuverable, it’s not overwhelming.
