Taramps Smart 3 vs 6000W Sub and INSANE Amp Dyno Low Impedance Testing [4K]

As a follow-up to our recent tests and technical review of the Taramps Smart 3, we decided to put the amp through the ringer. Let's try ALL of the tests on the Amp Dyno from 8 ohms all the way down to 0.5. Yes, the 0.5 certified test is brutal and out of the 100's of amps I've tested, only a handful have been able to handle this load without going into protect or going up into smoke! This amp at the time of filming is still $265 shipped from Amazon, an incredible value!
In addition to the crazy low impedance resistive testing with the Amp Dyno, we also hook up the Massive Audio BOA121 12" dual 1 ohm subwoofer in parallel to try it at 0.5 ohms. Can the Taramps Smart 3 handle this load? What does it look like on the o'scope? Stay tuned to find out!
