Im buying this bike next week it will be my starter bike i have been riding dirt bikes all my life i have a ktm450 sxf quite nervous to be going on the road but proper excited like bike looks awesome
It’s a full system. Didn’t tune the bike. I asked the mechanics at Yamaha and a dyno tune store if I need to tune the bike after putting SC on and they both said it will be fine
I put one on my R7 no tune my logic is it's fuel injected the computer will compensate for a lean or rich exhaust if it can't it will set a code I've only had mine a week tomorrow put 250 miles no codes best of all engine braking is almost gone I love it
@@denham.archerwell i mean “fine” is correct. But you should definitely do it. 1. Power gains(though small) 2. Much better fueling leading to better engine longevity, the bike will run much cleaner and better and use less fuel. 3. Most important, the throttle response and general character of the bike will be much more responsive, agressive yet balanced leading to a noticeably better riding experience. Yes it’ll hurt your wallet but trust me its worth it.
The r7 would be the perfect looking lams bike if it wasn’t for that single headlight in the middle. I was gonna get this but I’m gonna get the cbr650r instead
Hey! This is the link for it. sc-project.com.au/product/yamaha-yzf-r7-2021-2023-full-2-1-stainless-steel-exhaust-system-with-cr-t-muffler-racing/ The SC exhaust is a straight pipe it has no muffler
most will buy cheap Chinese full exhaust and say Hey its Loud now most annoying sound ever R6 has 4 cylinder engine will crush any r3 parallel twin engine noise. r7 is worse 3 cylinder engine not a match for inline 4. all the idiots out there stop buying Chinese Fart CAN exhaust.
Ok. I will sound like a hater. But who is ok with having a bike with 74 hp and that heavy? I mean come ‘on people. Never will i be for a r7. I know. Im hating, i dont know this and that. To be fair , i ride an Aprillia rsv4 , 675 Daytona and a 848 ducati . But this r7 i dont dig it.
Ohhh memories. Sounds just like my old MT07. Miss the ol girl
Cuz R7 uses same engine as the mt07

MT07 sounding good
Sounds like Harley V Rod 🔥
Sc project is the best exhaust for r7.
If you want to feel the sound .......
Then put your earphones in your ears and make it full sound and then listen it feels like haven 💯💙🚩...........
Big Daddy I really love this bike
sounds wicked
I've got that exact tail tidy on my 22 mt-10, looks great on the r7 too
Loved the SC sound on your R7 so I got it now on my 1199. It is LOUD indeed.😂 Thanks for posting this video.👏🏾🫡

Sounds amazing! Do you think a muffler valve would be possible on this bike/exhaust? That would make it legal in my country...
Nah I don’t think so. You could try looking it up and see though
Yamaha MT 07 CP2 engine used in Yamaha R7, XSR700, and Tenere 700.One machine can be suitable for all motorbike genres.

good choice
I'm in the exact same position with the exact same criticism. Gonna probably get the cbr650r. Can always get an R1 a few years from now
Sounds good!
Thats the perfect sound, that exhaust system have baffle or something in the pipes? Or is straight one?
What other stuff did u add to ur bike? Like the crash things on the sides, the tail lights etc
Tamam
Getting one for my r7 is it actually really loud in person ?
Yes it’s way louder in person
I agree. Def worth the set up.
I have r7 full exhaust sc project , and yes , , might need some ear plugs lol

Hi man , after installing the sc on r7 .... You need to making some changes in ecu or not ? Just install and drive ?
Nice
❤🤩
Man…..the R7 used to be so much cooler in the late 90’s

Nothing sounds better than an inline 4 cylinder engine.
Straight piped 350 small block.

Sounds nothing like the z400 that has a 180 degree crank this bike has a 270 degree crossplane…
I hate my life fr in switzerland all these exhausts are not allowed the only one is euro 5 which makes about 84db. Any advises here?
Still feels weird hearing an R series making that throaty of a sound, pretty sick though! 😅

The r7 is only around 400 lbs and with that power, it gets up to speed quicker than a lot of bikes with similar displacement.
good thing literally nobody asked
This is terrible
Worst sound ever...
the sound compares nothing to a r6 or r1 the r7 sounds exactly like a honda rebel 500 with no exhaust
