So what? What are you implying? Lol This is a Bangladeshi mughlai dish that has been there for years, practically all my life I have seen it in local street shops and restaurants. If this chef you are talking in fact chose to show a Bangladeshi mughlai cuisine without saying that it’s a Bangladeshi mughlai dish then that might be a problem.
