Tried the second one just recently, it was very yummy! The chicken absorbed the flavor of the ginger it was boiled with and there was a nice texture in every bite due to the cucumber. Mine was a bit too spicy for my taste though because I added too much onions but as I said, it was still very yummy!
I tried these and made them for my son’s birthday event and everyone loved these sandwiches. Now this is my go to recipe for making these sandwiches for picnic and other events .
I don't know how to cook 🤣 and I made this using same ingredients I was too lazy to make ginger garlic paste so just used whole garlic to boil with chicken and added garlic paste when frying the chicken and it still came out amazing 🤩 thank u so much Bangla rannaghor! Keep it up

I was taught with the canned chicken breast, use mayonnaise, cut up celery or use celery flakes, add pepper, salt, then cut two slices of tomatoes and put together. It’s really good!!. I liked the second one as well!!

@@remedy6837 I made the one with cucumber and I forgot to add garam masala while cooking the onions and bell peppers and I also forgot to add ginger garlic paste while boiling the chicken. Hmm, the taste is.. good but it doesn't feel like you're eating chicken at all. Adding cucumber was a nice idea because it gives a bit of freshness and crunchiness to the sandwich imho. It definitely doesn't have any flavor explosions that we look for in indian cooking because it's just mayonaise and ketchup.
