She has shown wrong. We Bangladeshis dont use milk in roast. We use milk in misti mangsho or white chicken korma. Biye barir roast is devoid of milk. We use nut pastes, poppy seeds and yogurt to give it a white hue

Why Basmati when it should be the combination of Chini gura/ Kalo jeera and Roast? These rice should be more promoted as Kalo jeera is on the way to almost extinction. The usage of basmati here is probably to get the non-deshi viewers so, there are no problems but just a suggestion

What sugar milk in chicken
It's not a good practice to cook with milk especially if you're making a chicken dish. The digestive system may not be able to handle it.
