The Master lock was the universal pin mechanism so the lock doesnt come with a key you take a master lock key only works with yellow master lock keys with the round key head for Master no:3 or 5 etc anyways you put the key in and then take a tool that is in the box with the lock hammer the tool on the key so the key can go all the way in the lock and the lock will work even though it will take time for the key to go in and out smoothly. So thats why it has no key

I would highly doubt the new Westy bulb was fired the first time ever, as most electronics are put through QC prior to shipment.
