- This is my first time to raise wild betta (Betta mahachaiensis)
In fact, when he arrived at our house.
He is getting weaker and weaker.
At first I thought he going to the new environment took some getting used to.
Who knows, after a few days, he was always lying on the ground.
I have used many treatments,finally he get better.
Hope he can stay healthy all the time.

Absolutely mesmerizing! How long does the foam last submerged under water? Is there a specialty foam used for underwater applications or did you also epoxy or resin seal the foam for waterproofing? I'm planning to create something inspiring.

You have to plan the water flow first.

We have a beautiful catalpa tree in our yard. I will be collecting fallen leaves from it to percolate for the tank
I’m setting up in the Spring. Will be catching rainwater to soak the leaves. Will then use the water and leaves to create a Blackwater aquarium. My first aquarium in decades and my first ever planted one.
I am envy that you have a beautiful yard.

I bought a betta from a pet store that looks to be a wild type. He's so thin, that I think it's going to take time for him to get his color fully back and see what type he is.

Of course you can, some of the fumes can be strong and usually it's best to cure for 24 hrs to be safe.

Very handsome!! For me it would be amazing to have a terrarium aquarium like that. I have a Betta Black Samurai and he is not comfortable in my tank, I don't know how to make him calm down.
Ensure a comfortable tank environment for your Betta Black Samurai with hiding spots and places to explore. Limit loud noises and sudden movements that can stress your Betta. Watch for signs of distress or illness. Good luck!

It doesn't have any filters or heaters in my tanks.Change water a time 1 or 2 week.

Are you Bettas living together?
No, Bettas should not be kept together as they are solitary fish and will fight with each other. It's important to keep them in separate tanks to ensure their well-being.
