They can show the people who pay them a whole different side whether it be they bosses or some sugar daddy. They not gonna show these people who they really are. Which is smart but sometimes it comes off as messed up bc they don’t do the same for black males even they black male bosses. But they respect white males because of the black males they have dealt with in the past. And a lot of them know they have a bitter nature in them. Not all are like this but most are.

When she told him the next day that she was underage, then he of course was shocked and it ended right there. @jazzohn4261 Or I'm just not some kind of naive purist who believes that sports coverage isn't/shouldn't ever meld with sociopolitical matters, because I know that technically EVERYTHING is "politics" in the deepest sense of the word. To make an extreme example to aid my point, if player A is lauded as a star in the league, and is by all accounts somebody of high character, and player B is also a star in the league of similar success, but is a complete dickbag to everyone around him, neglects his family, cheats, lies, etc, then I'm going to consider player A's accomplishments to be more impressive, because they did it the right way on AND off the court, with honor.
Anyway, that doesn't mean I fuck with Malika Andrews, she's not right either. I just think most people's views on the whole thing get dumb and reductive on BOTH sides.

Men get a bad rap. If something goes down, women expect men to "step up". Name ONE situation where it's the other way around. The closest is childbirth, but who's more baby-happy, men or women? Every day feels more and more like a fever dream.
Brother you made a whole ass video about how unfair she is as a reporter and her complete lack of journalistic integrity. 9:56.
Dude. If she can't do the job the proper way, she shouldn't be allowed to do it. Good camera sense and interviewing skills mean fuck all if you're just going to use them to tear down others.
Are you okay, man? It genuinely befuddles me to go through this effort and claim she deserves to keep her job. Stop it. I'm sick of the excuses for these elitists.

I was unfamiliar with the controversy around her till like a couple of years ago. She's seems like (on the surface at least) she's just trying to be a advocate for women, which is totally fine. But then the optics looks like she only goes after black men specifically, while ignoring the misdeeds of others. For whatever reason she seems to have a axe to grind.

I just think the pendulum is swinging back. What people are realizing is that DEI doesn't mean "Good Person" and it shouldn't make you unfireble. Also if theres anybody that should lose their job because DEI is failing is Malika Andrews. She is BY FAR the most annoying and petty person in nba media

Rachels was 100% correct on why she got the job.. We're all pretending to close our eyes watching certain people get fired for other certain people to be hired (merit be damned) We're "solving" a problem by literally doing the same thing we claimed was wrong in the first place...

Malika will not hesitate to bring down the players and coaches of the NBA on the air. Lacking respect is her default setting. I dont take her seriously anymore. Malika and Kendrick "Captain Cold Take" Perkins give me no reason to watch NBA on ESPN pre/post/halftime shows. I will stick with Ernie and his TNT Crew for my talking heads fix.

I used to watch ESPN just escape from politics and just hear sports news. She is so hateful on black men she can’t resist always trashing them for any and everything.

Frankly, I don't think Malika Andrews is the problem as much as corporate Disney/ESPN which hires the writers and producers and has an agenda. Part of that is tearing down strong men, including black men who aren't falling in line with the 'Me too' LBGT agenda. Malika Andrews in NOT just winging it and reporting extemporaneously, she is reading a carefully produced script given to her by producers and writers who ARE part of the agenda.

I mean most black women are like this that I work with. They praised white males or when white males come around they give them the upmost respect. And as a black male no matter how respectful you are to them they will compare you to the black males that caused them some type of trauma in life….it can be the step dad who molested them, the ex boyfriends who cheated on them or abused them, it can be the dad who abandoned them or kept going to prison, it can even be the shitty brothers they had growing up and they watched them treat women poorly. Women cannot understand the words some or most. They either think we all are alike or we all are different. They can’t see white males as all bad because they assume white males respect them bc they just more respectful males but obviously not when you hear white females speak white males. It’s just we tend to show more respect to someone we don’t know too well.

ALL the time, and I see this crap even on innocent, harmless vids with a black couple ironically in it. Was watching a clip of a nice looking black couple working on home improvement stuff, and MOST of the comments were positive. The ONLY negativity was from these bitter black women oddly bashing black men for not praising black women enough...odd since the guy in the clip was doing EXACTLY that. In fact, he does this OFTEN in their videos, but a black man loving his black wife...you know THE MAJORITY, doesn't fit their narrative.
They have done the same tactic in various clips about Kamala Harris losing to Trump...blaming black men for her loss, despite most of us voting for her, since she was the only sane choice imo. While they blamed black men, they apparently have NO problem with Trump, and his racist base attacking Kamala, and black people as a whole...as long as it's from white guys obviously.
