Something very satisfying about watching these structures being destroyed. That first flying building caught me off guard and made me LOL. Thanks for sharing.
I used a mode in LuxRender that instances similar objects to speed up rendering - for some reason that messed up some planks and made them flicker. Turning this off fixes the problem
Je vais me faire une photo avec moi pour que tu sois avec toi je t’aime ma vie et toi aussi je te souhaite un très très joyeux Noël et que je t’aime mon doudou je te souhaite un bon voyage je te souhaite un très bon voyage
It looks like columns are not connected with rebar like real building. This is more like Jenga where pieces are just place on top of each other, correct? Is it possible to simulate real building structure? I wonder how it would look like. (sorry about my english)
I've seen stick towers like this get knocked down in real life, and there is a lot more bounce when they hit the ground. It's like something is absorbing all the kinetic energy.
@Moby Motion Oh hey! Glad you’re checking out your comments and interacting with your videos. I kinda like them slow though because I just pretend that they are huge structures and they just *look* like they are falling slowly.
What are your render settings? I'm trying to render an animation in 1440p and it gets pixelated compared to your render. I tried turning up from 50% to 100%, AVI raw or mpeg. Still no good.
3:59 Destructive Tetris.My favorite game.
The one piece at 11:04 just dancing about in the background haha :D
Great video!
1:47-2:20.....worth the 33 second wait. I was very satisfied.
Michel Ramos lol
Absolutely fantastic

9/11
is this 9/11?
Me: "Why am I watching this?"
My brain: "Just keep watching"
David Rosales yup
You and your brain are seperate?
Something very satisfying about watching these structures being destroyed. That first flying building caught me off guard and made me LOL. Thanks for sharing.
Speechless... Beautiful.
Would it be possible to use fluids to knock over towers?
Not in Blender, but it's possible for rigid bodies to affect fluid
Hi Moby. Can you tell me more about how to get a rigid body to affect fluid? Many Thanks.
You make a fluid domain sim then use a rigid body as a static or animated object. It's not dynamic.
Oh. My. Fuck.
OG Sampson Si papi
1:57 the still standing building looks like the destruction you see in a modern godzilla or kaiju film
5:45 Tower 7 basically
idk why but these are satisfying
At 4:41, when you set the timescale to 0 and started to rotate the camera, I started crying because it was so beautiful.
when you rage at jenga
Extremely impressive
WAIT FOR IT
Hey Moby, do you have any experience with the Blender Fracture Modifier? Seems like something that might be up your alley :)
Hey Grant! I'd love to see some fracture stuff on here! Some huge structure shattering in slo mo sounds dope.
Oh yeah good idea! I love fracturing stuff. It's awesome when you combine it with constraints so that the object fractures in the scene
Remington Graphics
Can you make 100 million pieces tall and I will love that and I promise I will give every single video on Pierre likes👍💖💖💖😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
4:00 the most satisfying one.
7:00 LOL Very satisfying to watch. Not bad at all
Noice :) Another awesome compilation
at first i thought this was real. very impressive physics here.
8:06 DUDE! Do you have any idea how long it took me to set that up?! Now I have to start all over again!
It Sucks When Someone Else Collapse A Toy Builded Tower
3:11 you should flip it so it looks like a right side up tornado.
Smokes... You created a tornado in Blender. Wow, you're amazing man.
Hey, Moby. Cool video as always. Why are some planks sometimes flickering when they are on the floor? e.g. @ 1:55 by the base of the tower.
I used a mode in LuxRender that instances similar objects to speed up rendering - for some reason that messed up some planks and made them flicker. Turning this off fixes the problem
They're slightly different issues, not sure what the cycles glass one is caused by :/
What would it look like inside of the building?
What kind of monster pc do you use?
Zeles dont need a monster PC to do this.
Blender
maybe a nokia... its like bedrock in minecraft
any body else make noises with there mouths as they fall?
Yes
Yup
*nani?*
Je vais me faire une photo avec moi pour que tu sois avec toi je t’aime ma vie et toi aussi je te souhaite un très très joyeux Noël et que je t’aime mon doudou je te souhaite un bon voyage je te souhaite un très bon voyage
ok so ill speak russian... *Д-да?*
This is quite realistic, I've seen something like this in real life, except, instead of big metal balls, it was planes.
At 8:15 did you see the building was falling?
Every tower I build shiver nervously then fall over on it's own, even at 2 levels(4 blocks); maybe I need to rewatch your tutorial.
the most important setting is probably the substeps - increase it to make your towers more stable
amazing!
1:47-2:11 why it still standing
3:00 that spinning tower tho :D
I didn't understand what exactly that was xD
John Light-Knight They Made Up A Tornado
satisfying video
3:59 I see flying buildings every day
Where are the Twin Towers?
Cool video
4:58 was nice! ;D
i always notice these keva plank simulations dont look right when played at normal speed, do things need to be scaled down or something?
That’s true because I just imagine it’s a big structure and it just *looks* like it’s falling slowly.
It looks like columns are not connected with rebar like real building. This is more like Jenga where pieces are just place on top of each other, correct?
Is it possible to simulate real building structure? I wonder how it would look like. (sorry about my english)
1:53 hmmm look at those awesome spazzing block physics, completely realistic, of course...
I've seen stick towers like this get knocked down in real life, and there is a lot more bounce when they hit the ground. It's like something is absorbing all the kinetic energy.
Awesome! Could you do a tutorial?
hope games can be so realistic when I am still not too old to play
Well that 9/11 bit was unique
was it raytraced in real time if yea omg wow i want that computer the calculations for texture reflection is phenomenal
Is it me or does anyone else try to think how many people could die and survive
I would like to see some more collapses with waits.
all of them with only one ball.
denoiser pls
Yes! Would have made this render much faster and look better
@Moby Motion
Oh hey! Glad you’re checking out your comments and interacting with your videos. I kinda like them slow though because I just pretend that they are huge structures and they just *look* like they are falling slowly.
can you make a tutorial about this, I want to make a building like this too but I don't know how to make a destructable building like those?
koyaanisqatsi?
Never Forget.
4:00 *throws a fucking building into a building*
Just like in real life, what a nice simulation.
4:27 when earthbenders invade your city
Can amd radeon graphics do this?
What are your render settings? I'm trying to render an animation in 1440p and it gets pixelated compared to your render. I tried turning up from 50% to 100%, AVI raw or mpeg. Still no good.
You always impress me with something new you can do. 2:45
Mega cool
my pc lagged just watching dis
How powerful are the machines used to render/simulate these!?
Moby Motion what kind of gpu do you use to render these?
The next Geo Mod
wow!
6:56
It was at this moment that he knew he fucked up
Can't wait to set my PC on fire 😊
1:08 1:12 it was so nice
Nice
The new Angry Birds looks nice.
This reminds me, what happened to Phymec? He was awesome.
4:00 Accelerator did it again...
2:26 I was expecting a bounce, even if they're heavy they should bounce 😡😒
Good thing. Study about it!
4:44 dang son 😰
*Alec Mason likes this.*
Make a a space ship crash into a boat
1:30 it was an inside job.
couldn't of been an inside job because the ball came from the outside
Balls don't melt steel beams.
yea and the first two towers that collapsed was wtc1 and wtc2, and the last tower that collapsed was wtc7
why does it all look really slow? it's like it's happening in really really low gravity or the viewer is standing miles away
It looks cooler, it's like looking at slow mo footage
How do you make your renders 4k
The easiest way is to increase the render resolution to 200% - because 4K is twice the resolution of 1080p in each axis
Ok
Thank you
And for hurricane type effect did you use a force feild
yup, vortex
9:11
Why the slow - mo?
@Moby Motion - Why did you removed my reply to @aram ak comment!?
RELAX
Подскажите пожалуйста как называется игра?
Please tell me what is the name of the game?
It’s not a game sorry

Your audio is seriously blown out.
Who else is watching during Quarantine
what is this app?
XD it’s not an app silly
The music scares me XD
The end of the world destruction of building structures and factorys

2:11 steel beams dont melt jet fuel
Watching this while fidgetting the sppiner
Lol im drunk
It’s in 4K HD but I accidentally watched the whole thing in 360p ;-;
как называется предложение
all these simulations and we still dont know whether jet fuel melts steel beams
Im imagining those are buildings and there are people inside dying
