I’m old school but I definitely understand you going the LS route, I like it. You might think you are in over your head and know nothing about it but by the time you’re done you won’t be in over your head and you will know something about it. I have confidence in you and will be watching and learning myself. The only way to know if you can do something is if you try.👍
It took me weeks to figure out the wiring on the 5.9L EFI swap from a 360carb in my 74 Dodge motorhome. The basics are simple, but you need more than that, like electric fans, cruise control, gauges, air conditioning, etc. Then the fuel system was another few weeks, I built a little surge tank that had the high pressure pump, and put a low pressure pump inside the stock tank. I'm sure you will figure it out, as you know, I have a ford 6.8 v10 in my c50, so never do anything the easy way. if you don't have a deadline, all is good. :)
