Hello friends in this video I have made a simple mini
arduino based guitar pickup coil winding machine.
Winding hundreds of turn with hand is quite boring & time consuming job.
so I build this mini machine,
I have used two stepper motors in this project and HMI for user interface.
and I have used a multipurpose PCB for this project.
    1. Arduino Nano - amzn.to/3gnjnRV
    2. NEMA 17 stepper motor 2nos. - amzn.to/3cIgkBI
    3. A4988 driver IC 2nos. - amzn.to/3xp1vMu
    4. SK8 Shaft holder - amzn.to/3xgw8U2
    5. 8mm SS rod 100mm long 2nos. - amzn.to/3xmkLtL
    6. 8mm Liner bearing LMK8LUU - amzn.to/3gld813
    7. 8mm T8 NUT - amzn.to/2RW2ch7
    8. 8MM T8 Lead screw 100mm long - amzn.to/2RW2ch7
    9. Stepper motor coupler - amzn.to/35nDBF8
    10. Nextion NX3224K028 2.8''HMI - amzn.to/2TuYOu7

A couple of suggestions: the magnet wire you are using is too thick. You will end up with a low impedance coil.

Para carretes cuadrados haces? Para bobinar transformadores de fuentes conmutadas en donde se requiere alambres simples y también trenzados.

It's cool! That's just wire you need 0.05 mm. And the one that wound up will not work normally.

Would it be possible to remove the wire guider section of the assembly in order in order to feed the coil turning mechanism by hand?

Let’s play guitar! Good job like always!

Very nice, where is the copper wire in relation to the machine, how is it coming off the drum?

The author uses the MultiStepper class of the AccelStepper library, which does not support a smooth increase in speed and a smooth stop of the stepper motor.

What are the jumper settings for using two nema17 steppers?

2 things: can you post stl files for the wire guide and bobbin holder, and can you provide insight on spinning cw and ccw for humbuckers?

I had you board made and building your guitar winder everything works except when i hit stop in the middle of a count the wire and coil length zeros out but the count keeps going.

Great! How about a new idea: A Cutting / bending / peeling machine for jumpers for breadboards?

do you have those 3d plastic parts STL file somewhere we can download and print?
