Kristyn, superbly done. Thank you. I am a breast cancer surgeon in New Braunfels, TX, USA. I am working my way out of years of ignoring my emotions and my body. Learning to feel is truly life changing. Your exercises are an important piece of my practice. I would love a 13 minute Metta meditation with which to start our day. The science demonstrates that 13 minutes of meditation daily is protective against depression. Much better than pills. Thank you and what a pleasure to be a part of your community.
It’s better to do your meditation practice separate from yoga Nidra practice! While it is meditative, the disciplines involved are different & benefits are therefore different!

I really loved playing with sensing the opposites, especially within and outside the physical boundary of the body. Recalling the syncopated felt like I was speaking directly to the subconscious mind, as if it was open and accessible. Lovely practice. Thank you and greetings from Austin Texas.
After watching the full moon travel & set over the lake this morning, I came to this practice which quelled me and reset me. Your narrative gives structure to the relaxation but I always do fall asleep, wake up And listen to the end in such a state of rest. Thank you!

I can tell from yr beautiful language& imagery in the first 10-15 minutes but then I must have drifted off and woke up 2 hours later, and that was after a nights sleep!! I love having the time to rest deeply in these days of retirement. Yoga Nidra is such a gift in my life, bringing me back to myself after years of striving, stress and exhaustion. Many blessings ❤

I discovered your channel by chance some months ago. It really helped me find my sleep and , if not, find relaxation through many sleepless and anxious nights. This one is so special though, finding the opposites is magical. I like the Sancopa ( not sure about the spelling😊). I am from Egypt and would like something about weight loss and body healing/perception. I need to find balance so that I do not binge eat to fill an emotional and probably a childhood gap of insecurity and emotional gap. Forever grateful. Your voice is exceptionally soothing and trustworthy.

51:3451:34 I am from Berlin, Germany. I was listening to hypnosis podcasts and yotube suggested your videos. I am suffering from Insomnia (2-4) I am waking up, and cannot go back to sleep by myself. The insomnia yoga nidras help sometimes. I am trying different ones and when it helped, the same the next night. But its never a guaranty. I also have Fibromyalgia. Burning pain mostly in the legs, sometimes all over my body. Since 2019. Tried different therapies, nothing really helped so far. I will continue practicing.
This was beautiful Krstyn, thank you. For the first time, I fell into trust which has not happened before. It affects me physically and I now understand the release. I look forward to accepting that light into my life with more trust in myself. 🙏 🙌
This was beautiful 🥰 lt feels like it calms down so many things at once. I was feeling stressed and have been dealing with long Covid and had a bad night's sleep with an upset tummy. Right now l feel so calm and like it's quietened everything down and l feel more rested and better able to face the day.
