    Kristyn, superbly done. Thank you. I am a breast cancer surgeon in New Braunfels, TX, USA.
    I am working my way out of years of ignoring my emotions and my body. Learning to feel is truly life changing. Your exercises are an important piece of my practice.
    I would love a 13 minute Metta meditation with which to start our day. The science demonstrates that 13 minutes of meditation daily is protective against depression. Much better than pills.

      It’s better to do your meditation practice separate from yoga Nidra practice!
      While it is meditative, the disciplines involved are different & benefits are therefore different!

    I really loved playing with sensing the opposites, especially within and outside the physical boundary of the body. Recalling the syncopated felt like I was speaking directly to the subconscious mind, as if it was open and accessible. Lovely practice. Thank you and greetings from Austin Texas.

    After watching the full moon travel & set over the lake this morning, I came to this practice which quelled me and reset me. Your narrative gives structure to the relaxation but I always do fall asleep, wake up And listen to the end in such a state of rest.

    Namaste Kristyn, Janeyb Module 4, thank you for the time& effort you put into this one. I can tell from yr beautiful language& imagery in the first 10-15 minutes but then I must have drifted off and woke up 2 hours later, and that was after a nights sleep!! I love having the time to rest deeply in these days of retirement. Yoga Nidra is such a gift in my life, bringing me back to myself after years of striving, stress and exhaustion. Many blessings ❤

    Wonderful Kristyn - thank you so much for this one. Love hearing your voice only. Fell asleep with it. Listening again after waking up after five hours sleep. On my way to recovery from ME/CFS your yoga nidras is a such important way in my healing.

    Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful practice. I listen to all of your content and it definitely calms me and makes me more aware of my surroundings and myself. You have asked for suggestions over content. I love all of it, but if you wanted to do more vocal only I would appreciate that. I listen to your meditations while in an ice bath, so if you were able to give a shout out to this position when you describe where everyone might be (at the start), this would blow me away.     I discovered your channel by chance some months ago. It really helped me find my sleep and , if not, find relaxation through many sleepless and anxious nights. This one is so special though, finding the opposites is magical. I like the Sancopa ( not sure about the spelling😊). I am from Egypt and would like something about weight loss and body healing/perception. I need to find balance so that I do not binge eat to fill an emotional and probably a childhood gap of insecurity and emotional gap. Forever grateful. Your voice is exceptionally soothing and trustworthy.

    Beautiful and restful experience, I went deep. Thank you ❤ i was really able to feel my body deeper than before, letting go of tensions and softening up. Like a deep tissue massage, feeling very calm and relaxed beginning my day. Am on module 3 in YTT and just enjoying doing YN every day and sometimes many times a day 🙏🏽 what a blessing for a tired, trauma experienced body to get this healing. Namaste.

    Namaste! I was getting back into the routine as I was exhausted and wanted my own practice aside from guidance through transmission. Kristyn, your voice is lovely and soothing as always, but I fell partially unconscious after the physiological sighs. I feel rested, but I will check out the other nidras you released when I am more awake.

    51:34 51:34 I am from Berlin, Germany. I was listening to hypnosis podcasts and yotube suggested your videos.
    I am suffering from Insomnia (2-4) I am waking up, and cannot go back to sleep by myself. The insomnia yoga nidras help sometimes. I am trying different ones and when it helped, the same the next night. But its never a guaranty.
    I also have Fibromyalgia. Burning pain mostly in the legs, sometimes all over my body. Since 2019. Tried different therapies, nothing really helped so far. I will continue practicing.

    This was beautiful Krstyn, thank you. For the first time, I fell into trust which has not happened before. It affects me physically and I now understand the release. I look forward to accepting that light into my life with more trust in myself. 🙏 🙌

    This was beautiful 🥰 lt feels like it calms down so many things at once. I was feeling stressed and have been dealing with long Covid and had a bad night's sleep with an upset tummy. Right now l feel so calm and like it's quietened everything down and l feel more rested and better able to face the day.
    Thank you dear one and so much gratitude for these special yoga nidra sessions.
    Very therapeutic on so many levels.
