We went to see The HMS Prince of Wales air craft carrier in Stanley dock Liverpool 2 weeks ago. I wasn't really that enthused but my son wanted to see it. OMG it was awesome in the true sense of the word and packed. We also went to other attractions and the Christmas Market, it was heaving. Lots of friendly people having fun. Great day out. In the true spirit of Christmas 2 young lads stopped my son and told him his phone was about to fall out of his pocket, as he was about to check it, it did indeed fall out. Thanks Liverpool, wonderful people and as you can see in your post, the City looked so clean.
Thanks for braving the cold to bring us this video. I don't want to be a Christmas killjoy... but I went to the one in Manchester years ago when they first started and my friend got pick pocketed. Swore I'd never go again. They are dead expensive and I'd rather go to the pub. Sarah x
Yeah, you need to be really careful at the markets, keep an eye on valuables, I did think it was a good atmosphere at Liverpool though. I did't check the pub prices in there, might have to check the cost of a pint next time! 😁
Hi Andrew I noticed you mentioned you went to Chester last year! What was it like? Me and the family were thinking of trying there this time, I've heard good reviews about it but wanted your take on it please. Cheers 👍
Hi Darren, yes I made a video on Chester Christmas market last year, so please check that out, I thought it was really impressive although we went on a Saturday and it as a bit crowded, we might go again this year on a different day! Also the cathedral was free and worth having a look 👍
Its right out the way of the centre and two rows of huts. Shameful compared to cities like Birmingham. Such a rip off too. £8 for a bagel and £7 for a pancake. Whats the difference between a Duch fry and an English one. Ten quid.
Glad you enjoyed my hometown Christmas market, I went there last week it was fab 🎅 🎄
Was a lot of fun 😀👍

Ah what a shame 😪
I was surprised you didn't go on the big wheel. I'd have though there'd have been some nice footage to be had there :)
We were really thinking about it, but to be honest we were just too cold 🫣

Must be boss In yours on chrimbo day😂
£8 for a hotdog though
Outrageous
It is expensive 👍 yeah
I wish you tried that Yorkshire pudding wrap, I wonder if it’s actually tasty, £12 for a wrap sounds a bit steep!
Yeah I wish we’d tried it now, definitely will get that if I see it again! 😆
They are amazing definitely need to try one 👌
Looks great, how much was the darts to win the teddy?
£6 a go

@andrewemmerson Thanks for the feedback Andrew 👍
Made it to Chester so most likely will drop the new video tomorrow (sat night) 👍
That stall cant be serious selling Sean dyches pic!if he sells one it will be to dyche only.
😂😂😂
Rip off prices 😠
A bit steep 🫣
I’m from Liverpool Manchester is the best markets I’m telling you now
Manchester looks too busy for me 🫣
These are rip off prices and it's Always puzzled me why we have them in our country
more cost imposed on sellers, then passed on to the consumer!
St George's Hall
Ahh thank you, I knew I was wrong 😇
Prices are a rip off at these places
It’s not cheap no 🤔
MIGHT BE CHRISTMAS , BUT THE PRICES ARE RIP OFF.....AH HUMBUG
It’s a wee bit expensive 😆

10 quid 😂😂😂
Think they were disrespectful putting that up two days after Remembrance Day putting theirs bags all over wreaths stuff storm Bert coming tomorrow 😂😂
I think it looks carefully done though
They could of waited two weeks
I’m surprised we are able to have a Christmas market, I’m sure the uk government will put a stop to all this soon it may be offensive to others
😂😂😂👍
They're all much of a muchness, to be honest.
There are a few similar stalls yeah 🫣
TOTAL RIP OFF DONT GO
Good fun though 😭
