Love to see more from the book! We've had this same book (and the sequel) for SO LONG but never tried any of them cuz they looked too hard but... now I'm so tempted to try out the adorable designs!!! Also, if you run out of ones you like in that book, I think a Nailed It! approach would be cool (find a picture of a cute design online and try to guess how they got there without looking up what they used) and then you could have more control over the ingredients (I don't really like jellybeans either lol)
