Hey you!! Great weight loss!! Good luck with the labs!! Zzzz Congrats on the sleep study!! Haven't had any rash or skin problems....Hopefully yours resolves soon. Keep it up!!
Congratulations on conquering sleep apnea! This is a very big deal! Holy moly! I hope I can follow you on that score...I find out soon. Hope I can join you among the ranks of the bi-pap / c-pap - free!
HUGE loss! Yippee!!! We must be sisters from another mother... I just returned my RENTED CPAP machine last week. I was non-compliant on wearing it about 4 weeks past surgery. Since I'm a side sleeper I could never get used to it. We eat very similar- how many times do you eat a day? I'm usually 4- but lately having a hard time getting past 1000 calories- thanks for bringing up fat- will increase mine. I want to be 1100-1200 and my surgeon recommends that. Have SO much fun on your upcoming travels!! You are doing FABULOUS!!
+Cartwheel Vsg Thanks! I do believe we may be sisters from another mister! I stopped wearing my CPAP when it started blowing my mouth open at about 6 weeks post-op. They called me in for a re-test since they could tell by remote monitoring that I wasn't wearing it (a little creepy, but hey, it's water under the bridge at this point). As for food, I usually eat 4-5 times per day, some meals some snacks. Sometimes, when my fat is low, I add some cream to my evening hot tea, along with that sugar free english toffee syrup...holy smokes is that a nice combo. Just a thought on adding fat easily as the weather cools. Anyway, thanks again for the encouragement!
+Heart on my VSG Sleeve It was a good week for loss! Admittedly, I don't expect it to stay that high - I think that was a nice little fluke. I'll take it though. :P Hope you are well!
