Sherly Arcillas Alovera 1 piece full.
1 tea spoon pignut.
1 tea spoon Blond plantain.
Half spoon Black seeds powder.
Lemon 2 spoon.
Half spoon rock salt.
Honey 1 spoon.
Sugar syrup 2 spoon. If you want more sweet you cal added extra sugar syrup.
Mix it well or Blend it for few seconds.
Take a glass with some ice cubes it’s very healthy. Thank you 😊
