RWC's New San Diego Headquarters

Get a sneak peak of our new San Diego location! The building has been undergoing a significant renovation. It's a major upgrade from our previous location and is a dramatically larger space. We've accomplished a lot since this was filmed, but it will give you an idea of the space and expansion of capabilities in the works.

Not the best move to keep low overhead. That building and location are $$$!

Well, we need room to grow and we had run out of space in our old location. We’re in a great but affordable area and will still be able to provide the cost effective engineering and manufacturing that our customers expect. Plus we’ll all have a place to sit!

You could of moved to Texas and your tax breaks would have offset your move.

That's what we've heard. Sadly however that would force our people to uproot too. We value our team and wanted to minimize the impact so our move was only about 10 minutes away.

Unless they are making $200K a year your not doing them any favors.People who have left the Communist state of California have never looked back.I used to work in your industry and loved it but it couldn’t provide for a family’s needs. Good Luck.
