This was fascinating to watch unfold and listen to. Those bright colors, it's like a nebula exploding from a point and bursting out.
Looks cool, like two massive stars colliding and exploding.

home depot sells small paints? thought they just sold the buckets of the stuff to paint your house or the walls of your room

Man I love this guy. I don't even really like drawing, or find much joy from it. But watching this guy and listening to his satisfying voice as the picture slowly evolves is very mellowing.
Name it "Exploding Batteries" that's what it looks like to me. The circles (tops of batteries), the lightning and the general look of an explosion going on. Nice work Peter, I like it.

Zeppelin and Floyd all had an easily recognizable sound/style. And it’s a good thing. Your style is very cool
Your art may look the same to the untrained eye, but aside from the style and the way you make your art, each piece is unique and remarkable. Lines laid out over vast amounts of bone, paper, wood and many other mediums with plenty of different medias from bananas, black ink, crayons, paint and even white ink. Every time a line is made, it is different from those that came before it.
I tried to draw like peter does and its impossible. I see one of his finished pieces and I think he would have needed to plan a little to come up with that but he doesn't. I try t just go at it and the best I can do is some abstract mess that had zero structure and looks like shat. If you like abstract thats fine but I dont and that's not what Peter does
For me it looks like a neat sideways electric waterfall. Love it.

After watching the full thing: I love your thoughts on the Apollo mission and a healthy fear of space, and the colours you used in your painting are beautiful! I also love how you speak and the way you say the word "drawing" for some reason. Have you tried painting by taking skittles and soaking them in a bit of water? I feel like you would enjoy that. Five hours is a good amount of time to paint! I hope that you post another video when you paint the other board. Your drawings are all unique - they all have similar elements, but that's called your style, and if you're happy that's all that matters! Have a good one, and I can't hear your neighbours upstairs but I can hear the rain outside my own window.
First of all, Peter I love all your videos, they really inspire me as an artist myself. I love your voice. I just wanted to say, that no matter how similar all your drawings and paintings may seem (they really hold many similarities, but that's just a matter of style), each of them has its own motion, feeling of depth and a very special detail or two about it.

They do look simmilar, while i was watching i noticed they all the ones i have seen have something similar, and then you mentioned it, but i just think its like your "style" of art
i know art is subjective and it doesnt have to "look" like anything, but the first thing i saw when i looked at the final product, was a guardian of some kind, bursting out of the sunny sky, creating lightning. super cool :)

Man, it's so true. It's so easy to go too far with paint. Sometimes I swear I could just paint on one canvas for the rest of my life and never have a finished painting.
A video you should think about doing sometime.
Get random people around your city to each just draw a line in one page of your notebook and then you finish off what they started. Should be interesting to see their reactions, where they place their line and how you use their choices to complete a drawing.

An idiom is a group of words whose meaning is established by usage rather than being a literal translation of the words. Going above and beyond would be an idiom. Others examples are raining cats and dogs, kicked the bucket, or (my mother's favorite when I did something wrong as a child) I'm gonna kill it before it spreads. An idiom is usually very difficult to explain to someone not native to a particular language or region of use.

i wouldnt say that your paintings look the same, it's just that you have a very specific style! And I love your style! and having a very recognizable style is great and it seems like (to me at least) that all the great artists had very distinguished styles! so keep doing what you're doing and dont worry!!!

Your art should be on brisk tea, mostly so I can enjoy both simultaneously.
Doilies are usually crocheted. I looked up knit doilies. Apparently it's also a thing, just not common. It's easier to crochet them since there is only one live loop in crochet, but tons of live stitches in knitting that are held on a needle or cable. The larger the doily, the longer the cable -or the more needles - you need to use. The more you know. ;D
