Keeping eyes up is a great tip, something another winger mentioned to me having watched me crash every gybe at the end of last season … he put it more negatively “don’t stare at your feet”

Same as in windsurfing. My teacher said 20 years ago: “when you’re cycling, do you look at your tire or do you look ahead? Well, there you have it, don’t look at your feet! Look where you want to go!”

Hubby, please buy your lady a waist leash (or coiled calf leash) for Valentine's Day! Anyway I really enjoyed hearing Kelly's thoughts as she gets back out in the water.
Everybody has their own favorite leash set up. I don't like stepping on the coil.
i like the waist leash for the wing and a calf non coiled leash for the board
Where is your helmet? Great to see you back at though. Nice gybing. How do you like the Code? I think that will be my next board.
What consititutes a 'season' in Florida? I last visited Miami in December and it was glorious.
