Avoid exhaust gases from the Jeep Liberty with one headlight in traffic and other air pollutants, stand clear of toxic colognes and perfumes some people wear. Do the best we can to not become like many stressful people who eat pizza and drink pepsi all day. 👊 That's a major start! Thank you, Dr. Josh Axe, for helping people become better human beings! 🙌

Thank you for actually speaking on women and working around their cycles and hormones! I don't typically hear this from health experts on this subject. great conversation 💜

FANTASTIC to hear this man express how important it is to teach our children to be emotionally STABLE. What a gift!! ...In this world of inappropriately expressing every feeling, training our children to be stable is vital!!!

Organic apple cider vinegar with the mother helps produce hydrochloric acid in your stomach. Best taken 10-15 minutes before meals.

I cannot wait to hear this. I’ve been working on intermittent fasting for over 6 months. In the beginning I saw great results. And now I’ve plateaued.
Thank you for your perfect timing!! ❤

HUGE improvement in my ability to resist snacking when I increased fiber/protein/fats at meals. I eat at 12 + 6 pm. Couldn't believe the difference!

This was your best podcast so far. Loved it! Would like to hear more on biblical fasting, and JW if 300 was based on any Bible character like Gideon. I would like to learn more about h pylori, and to see you interview Jordan Rubin . Thanks for all your wisdom

Great video! Where do beverages fit in here? My biggest struggle is I need a morning coffee (just one, but with organic milk and sugar) and one cocktail at the end of the day to whine down. Staying in an eating window is very easy for me, but giving up these 2 beverages are very hard. I have an easier time switching out the one cocktail with an herbal tea with a spoon of honey (vs giving up the coffee), but not every night. Although, I'm not sure if the herbal tea with honey is even okay?

I recently did a prolonged fast which i really struggled with. This is the first time i have ever heard that this type of stress should not be done a week before you menstruate which is exactly when i did not eat for 72hrs! Thank you for sharing the difference for women!

Does your eating window really make a big difference? I prefer to start eating early and stop eating early, like 8a - 2p. I have to get up really early for work so it's hard for me to wait until 12p or later to eat.

Do what works best for you! If it fits in with your lifestyle, you will be much more likely to stick to it. And then you will have success 🌟

Fasting is incredible for the body but fasting is not necessary when you eat the carnivore diet.
