I'm looking at a 13th gen i9 13900hx with a 8gb 4060 and 32gb of ram for 1200!! Still not sure it would run it (without melting, it's a laptop) lol gonna hold off, next year maybe! What did you get?
If you maybe forced the game to run in DX11, you will get 10+ FPS and some GPUs don't support Frame Generation even if the game allows you to enable it, so for me, switching Frame Generation off and forcing the game to run in DX11 gave me more FPS so hopefully it will be a tiny bit more playable

Your specs are going to run BMW smoothly with low-medium settings with DLSS on, but I recommend using an SSD on your PC rather than an external hard drive to avoid stuttering and performance issues
@@noobplayz2147 It can, but set everything to low and turn on DLSS. If there are still performance issues, you can use Frame Generation or FSR. I recommend adding another 8 GB stick of RAM to ensure game performance and updating to the latest NVIDIA driver for your graphics card.
