Link arrows are so Important there that if you moon them at a good enough time (dependent on the type of dragon deck) then you can halt their link arrows completely. Usually after Elpy summon but I also like to do it after divine lance.

What an exciting comeback by Zoodiacs, that Book of Moon was clutch cause otherwise they would of been out of this whole tournament. Next Match up its time to see how well MR3 vs MR4 goes cause PePe has such huge answers to Trick Stars with Shock Lock and Infinity, but Trickstars has one of the best counters to Pendulums and that is Trickstar Reincarnation and Hand Traps. So this is truly 50/50 depending on who wins the first match.

Ok, I'm certain whoever is playing zoodiac doesn't know rat+barrage = drident + emerald + rank4. You don't pop ramram with barrage. Instead barrage pop itself for any zoo and overlay with the rat summoned from deck for emerald. Detach rat to shuffle 1 rat into the deck (you should have 2 in gy). Tiger then summons the shuffled rat, and drident pops the lyca'd ramram for another rank 4. You can check the NA wcq final to see the play. The play gives you 1 extra draw, which can be the extra disruption you need against these newer decks
considering the actual meta version of this deck was Plant FTK which ran Azzathoth to blank handtraps on top of having better than 80% FTK odds at base I'd rather eat an Iblee lock '.'

Next match is another real good one that could go either way. Two decks that can plus turn over turn...PePe might be more explosive but has a weaker extra deck toolbox.
