I love this. It’s a lesson in perception because when I’m actually watching you for the first minute I was thinking “yeah these impressions are pretty good”. Then I realized what channel this is and you are the guy doing the perfect impressions the whole time. You SOUND exactly like the characters but because you don’t look like them, in my head you didn’t sound like them. But I close my eyes and it’s perfect.

The most mind blowing one for me was Anakin. Idk how he went from having a British accent to absolutely no accent and literally impersonating Anakin to the perfection. Pure talent

I realized many years later my iimpressions were of Rich Littles impressions..Tonight...I have learned Wookie by watching how you did it. 45 years I could never do Wookie...So this week not only did you make me spit coffee on the monitor...You have annoyed my wife for the rest of eternity...EDIT....Upon 2nd viewing "Guearnateed good times ahead.." Couldn't really tell that was Moff Gideon, but there were some absolutely fantastic new ones - Luthen Rael being a particular standout, and Luke was great too!
Yeah, I love Charlie, but the Werner Herzog needs work, and Gideon needs MAJOR work.

I'm disappointed in Charlie's Moff Gideon impression..He made Giancarlo Esposito sound like Inyigo Montoya from The Princess Bride!
You know, I have been watching (or listening) to you for many years and it just occurred to me that by virtual of the material, the actors and movies you imitate so much of what you do is variations on dialects in Great Britain. These are really subtle differences in most cases as well. Just a really amazing ear you have there sir.
I saw your standup where you do voices of like 100? actors? a long time ago. You handled American accents pretty well too. I seem to remember you doing a great Morgan Freeman.
The difference between you and the other great mimics that one sees is that you don't rely on mannerisms or gestures at all in your act.
Your act is almost entirely in the voice.
Do you ever study the old comic mimics? Like Rich Little or..Frank Gorsham? Or the newer guys like Bill Hader? Or even..uhh! Kevin Spacey?

O.k. So for the longest time I thought those were all different actors you hired from a cosplay event. Until I saw your shorts on TH-cam. That’s how I found out you played all the characters. Even though I like your videos, I play them every night as I go to sleep. I need noise to fall asleep. So if you see a couple of your older videos getting played everyday. That’s me, the conversation be relaxed and comforting. I’m about to put on one of your hour and fifteen minute videos and go to sleep right now. Thanks for the videos. I’m still looking forward to the video of Anikin finding out those are his two kids.

Clone Wars Obi-Wan is kinda disturbing, interesting that it can be done that way, but uncanny valley to the extreme.
