As the bad guy, you'll love Hikaru (Light... who is also Light's voice and Douma's). Believe me, better than "the director was your father the whole time" cliche. He is a very good villain (for a slice of life)
Kana and Akane both said, "What should I do?" at the end of their dates with Aqua, but each meant it in a completely different way. The contrast is amazing, and I love it!
You are right detective Akane does know know just about everything. She knows a lot including the last 3 previous manga chapters. She is always on the case.
A simple way to put the loophole is: Aqua assumed that Himekawa's dead father was indeed his *biological* father. Aqua didn't consider the possibility of Himekawa being a child born out of wedlock - in other words, his biological father being someone else than his legal father who died.
Remember this? 29:10 Those are the same flowers that the stalker delivered to Ai's doors, before he killed her. 😭 Even the animation is the same as in the moment of stabbing.😭 Great reaction!😃
My friend and I made a family tree chart after watching this episode, just to work out what the loophole is. 😅 I'm not a manga reader, but we're 90% confidant we understood what's going on. I'll mark it as a spoiler just in case. Basically our logic worked out to this: - Evil Blonde Dad + Ai = Aqua and Ruby Evil Blond Dad + Half brother's mom = Aqua's half brother. The double suicide was because the wife had an affair with evil blond dad while married to her husband. The "father" that died wasn't actually the father, even though he was her husband. She cheated on him and then committed suicide with him. That's my theory.
The loophole is Aqua think Himekawa's (step-bro) father is the one who cheated on his wife with Ai, but it was opposite its step-bro's mother who cheated on his husband with Aqua's father.
Loophole from Akane point of view. -Aqua assumes Uehara (the husband) cheated on Airi (Taiki's mother) with Ai. But neglect the possibility that Airi is the one who cheated on her husband with the biological father making Taki not Uehara's son... this is confirmed at the end of the episode with the biological dad appearing. So the obvious loophole, Taiki's mother is the one who cheated not her husband, Uehara. Loophole for viewer point of view. -Taiki is 20, the twins are 16 soon to be 17. Taiki parents died when he was 5, Ai was murdered when the Twins were 3... meaning when Uehara died... the Twins was 2 making Uehara being the biological father impossible. Especially the fact Ai called the biological father days before her murdered.
@AmberLoneWolf Faternal twins don't share the same DNA... only Identical twins does because Identical twins comes from 1 egg and 1 sperm... during the zygote phase the egg splits creating two people. Faternal Twins (Aqua and Ruby) have different DNA as faternal twins comes from 2 eggs each with different sperm. Even with the same father, Faternal Twins do not have 99% similar DNA.... only Identical twins will.
@AmberLoneWolf Plus both Aqua and Ruby have thier father's features... so no... although you are trying to implied Ai was with two guys... Ai only called the biological father. The only explanation is that Airi cheated on her husband... now I know more to be honest... however, that will be spoilers. So I'm sticking to known information for the viewers. Also, because a lot of people missed this during sex ed. Identical twins can only be either two males or two females. Remember same egg that splits durinf zygote phase, it's the reason why they share 99% similar DNA. Faternal Twins 2 separate eggs fertilized by 2 different sperm. And you can have one male, one female due to sperm (either X Chromosomes, or Y Chromosome). Even if it came from the same day... the genetic make up will be different for the child by they will have some of their father's DNA.
Ahh I LOVE that Akane imagery!!!!! Also just how good is the music and sound effects in this episode?? Edit: 19:24 Also, he invited her on the trip because he wanted to properly break up with her then, in an amicable way. Akane called him on it, and said if they're going to talk and break up, they should do it now and not wait. 27:42 The loophole is so obvious when you figure it out... but it's so blindsiding. The writing is so good, it tricks the reader/viewer so well...
I'm not gonna say ANYTHING about the plot, instead I just want to say I was blown away to hear the blond guy's voice and was sure I heard the same voice from Light Yagami!
The music at the end is very appropriate for the man who appears at the end since he does not have good intentions especially with Ruby and you will see in the nexts seasons...good reaction at the final 👏👌👍
While I would have liked a Sherlock Holmes murder msytery like reveal for the father too, it would have literally impossible to bring him in without everyone knowing that it is him immedeately. Because of this I am actually happy that he was rather used as a sudden boogymen than a hidden long running shadowkiller.
I’m surprised the dad showed up so fast. I had my doubts bc he had to be blonde for me, poor akane is in a moral dilemma now. I’m wondering how the white haired girl from the last episode will play into it. Also kana. Unfortunately for her Aquas rizz is so strong I too want to go on a date with him now 🗿(lmao typed this before you said it so I guess we have to share) I actually got the opposite vibe from the conversation with Akane that he was implying he does have a sex drive but in context of their relationship it doesn’t really matter since he doesn’t view her like that
The conversation for me felt like her say "is it because we don't do anything" and him saying... "No, but maybe" But I see it your way too. And yup, think everyone is lining up for a date with Aqua now 😂😂
No she didn't love him or anything she was a sex offender who used to ruin yound kids lives and taiki ain't an illegitimate son it is just that his parents died when he was young
Ai Hoshino Born 1992 (Given that she died at 20 Years old in 2012) Taiki born with Airi 2004 (Ai Age 12, Taiki Age 0) Aqua and Ruby born 2008 (Ai Age 16, Taiki Age 4, Aqua-Ruby Age 0) Seijuro Uehara and Airi died 2009 (Ai Age 17, Taiki Age 5, Aqua-Ruby Age 1) Ai could be seen talking with the Father 2011/2012 (Ai Age 19/20, Taiki Age 7/8, Aqua Ruby Age 3/4) Ai Hoshino Died 2012 (Ai Age 20, Taiki Age 8, Aqua-Ruby Age 4) Tokyo Blade 2024 (Taiki Age 20, Aqua-Ruby Age 16) This Is all based on Info only given in the anime up till now, So try to find out the loophole by yourself now
My curent theorie, as an anime only: The man who comitted double suicide was not Aquas father (obviously), and neather was he Himekawas. I think Himekawas mom had an affair with the same man that Ai was involved with, and who we see at the end. Becouse that would explain why Himekawa didn't know and how he and Aqua can still be half-siblings, and why Akane caught on to it at the "piece-of-shit-man" comment. After all, having an affair with a married women would fitt that description, as well as the description of a "loophole". On a metta sense, it would also tie in with all the info we got about flirty actors this season with that one green haired dude.
It's crazy how you are almost correct the thing is that the real father ( blonde hair dude) his name is hikaru kamiki didn't have any affair with himekawa'mom He was basically r*ped
You’re right,Akane does know everything, and that I also can’t help but feel bad for her. And this episode proves she’s the best girl, and that Aqua never deserved her.💙🩵
If I had to make a guess, I think it's that this guy is the real father of Aqua and Taiki. I don't remember everything he told Aqua, but I don't think there was any confirmation that the guy who killed himself was actually Taiki's real father, he just assumed it was. It's possible this was the loophole Akane talked about (still don't know how much of this situation she's figured out though). This is just my guess, but it's a little something to think on since the ending of this episode was kinda confusing.
I'm pretty sure their father at the end has the voice of Light Yagami (Miyano Mamoru). Feels cunning every time they use his voice for a character like that
Anime only theory: Blonde dude had his way with both mom, that's how they are half brothers, Himekawa didn't mention that he made a dna test to check his father, cuz he was living with him for a short period, so no reason to check it
Oh and the Psychopath is finally here…. I remember when this scene first appeared in the manga his age was mentioned i think?? It had me confused cuz no matter how much I tried to compare him with Himekawa’s age i kept coming up with a weird age it gave me horror back then… 31:30 if we all didn’t say that back then…maybe everything would have been much better…cuz I came to hate Ruby so much in the upcoming arc Also Akane is indeed is the best girl in helping Aqua through the whole story but I am team Kana cuz no matter how i see it Aqua’s happiness is definitely with Kana but i bet he won’t choose to be involved with her at least not until he ends everything?!

Not a spoiler. The loophole on Aqua's thinking, was that he did not consider the posibility that the mother from his half-brother was the one cheating with Aqua's father, meaning that his half-brother's father wasn't his real father.
The loophole is not so easy to find but this is a clue Aqua and Ruby looks like Ai, Himekawa looks like his mother, but they not look like the father in the picture
What dod she even do in this episode except going on a date with a guy Is this how you define a Goat . Goat is a word that is used for character like itachi , light , Johan , ayaknoji, noruto , tanjiro Lelouch and many more don't disrespect it by using it for these minor charcters
The loophole is pretty obvious. Aqua assumes that the husband from the murder suicide case cheated on his wife with Ai. He never considered that it was possible that the wife was the one to have had an affair with Aqua's dad. So Himekawa's legal father, the guy from the double suicide, isn't actually Aqua's and Himekawa's biological father. This also probably explains the double suicide. I assume the husband found out, which led to the murder suicide.
31:55 "I would like if Ruby was more involved in the main plot, it would be more fun that way" Um if you ask so...... I wouldn't think that will actually be more fun though.
A loophole I didn't notice.” Okay, if Himekawa's mother had sexual relations with another man, then Aqua and Himekawa's father would not be the dead man, but the man in the last scene!
17:10 I am glad we are in the same team. Akane is a genious and crazy but also very kind and caring. 27:10 Loophole... The dead guy is not the father of either of them. So far they assume the dead husband to had an affair with Ai but what if his wife had an affair with another man and his step-brother is the child of that man.
-half siblings sharing the same father means that airi (himekawa's mom) had an affair with aqua and ruby's dad. because if aqua, ruby, and himekawa shared the same mother, that would make ai also himekawa's mother which is impossible, that would imply she had sex much earlier, then put himekawa in a children's home like she used to live in. ai was pregnant with aqua and ruby at 16 years old, for her to have himekawa in this hypothetical, she wouldve gotten pregnant within the same year she joined the entertainment industry (12-13 years old). however, taiki clearly knows who his mother is, and it's not ai. his mother is airi and her husband, he believes is his biological father, which to aqua means its also HIS biological father. -akane in this situation is saying that aqua is choosing to ignore the possibility of himekawa's mother being the one to have cheated, instead of the husband because it's more convenient for him. hes picking the easy way out so he can finally live his life. so she's stuck between telling aqua what she's thinking, therefore making him return to revenge and give up his life, OR keeping it to herself so he can live a normal life.
I haven't read the original novel either, so I only understood this after watching the final scene. Himekawa, Aqua, and Ruby are definitely half-siblings. That's clear from DNA tests. However, there is no proof that the deceased "Himekawa's father" was actually the father of the three. They think of him as her "father" because he is Himekawa's mother's husband. But it's entirely possible that their father is the man she's having an affair with. Rather, since he was the man who manipulated others into killing Ai, it seems more strange to say that he simply died in a double suicide. I think the loophole that Akane noticed is this possibility.
You are following the right logic however the more logical conclusion is that the double suicide only make you doubt what is actually true. You have to apply that Ruby and Aqua are Fraternal twins with the same Mother, but different Fathers.
@@AmberLoneWolf It is said that the probability of fraternal twins having different fathers is one in a million. That probability is too low to be called a loophole. There are certainly theories that suggest the probability is a little higher. But either way, it's a rare case. If there is a mystery written with that case as the key of story, it is a poor work.
LMAOO! I didn't even knew that the new episode is out, Gotta go watch it first then will come back to see this 🗣️ EDIT: I knew it! It was pretty obvious that the Father is still alive but I was definitely not expecting to see him appear here all of a sudden 😭
I’m leaving this comment here AFTER watching the episode myself, but BEFORE watching the reaction: I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT!!! I knew that the dates didn’t match and that Aqua (and Himekawa) supposed father, (Uehara) would have been dead for like a few months, if not a year or more before AI’s murder, if Himekawa informations are correct… Now my theory is that sure, the DNA test results are accurate, Aqua and Himekawa ARE indeed brothers who share the same father BUT Himekawa thinks that her mother’s husband (Uehara) is his biological father, which he isn’t… And that’s probably because his mother was seduced by this as*hole and became pregnant… She was initially able to fool Uehara making him think that the baby (Himekawa) was his, but then, when he was 5 something happened: maybe he was hospitalized and/or needed a blood transfusion or something like that, (Could also be something that directly involves DNA , but I feel that something regarding a different blood type would be more likely) and that’s when Uehara realized that Himekawa was not his son and his wife had been cheating on him… So, in a fit of rage he killed her and then killed himself… That’s how I think things went, more or less… (I could also very much be HORRIBLY wrong) And I was right when I thought that Aqua didn’t dig enough, didn’t investigate properly, because he was subconsciously trying to find a way out, thinking something like: “Okay, they’ve just told me he’s dead, so I won’t ask any further and unnecessary questions, but just accept the fact that he’s not longer alive and take this opportunity to finally be able to live my life to the fullest like I’ve always wanted… TBF we also know that that bastard and Ai talked to the phone just a few days before AI’s death, while Aqua doesn’t…
Manga reader here, but don't worry, no spoilers. The author never cleared up what the "loophole" was in following chapters. The common agreement among readers was that Akane realized the wife could have cheated with Aqua's father, since we got the DNA test with the child, not the father directly. The author probably assumed the loophole was "self explanatory" after the reveal of the father in the graveyard, so it was never brought up again. Point is, Akane realized Aqua's father is still alive, but doesn't want Aqua to know. That's the only thing you should take away from the scene.
I’ve honestly been kinda shocked how many people didn’t instantly realize that. As soon as himekawa said his father died and must have cheated I noticed the obvious loophole.
Loop hole = if the screenwriter was having affairs, it doesn’t make sense for him to murder suicide with his wife… meaning it’s more likely that the wife was having an affair with the twins’ father, which for some reasons was later known by the screenwriter
I’d say the simple deduction without spoiling anything is Himekawa doesn’t really know who his father is. The details regarding everything will come later and it’s something…
Team Kana Rise!!! I was born on Team Kana, and I be on Team Kana til the day I die! Seriously though....... WTF is going on!?!? I've gathered what the loophole is based on what other people have said(I kinda had it figured out, but Akane's big brain moment calling it a loophole kinda had me second guessing myself), but it's still crazy. I mean I knew their father had to still be alive, but I wasn't expecting to see him just show up out of nowhere. My theory is that their father didn't actually have anything to do with Ai's death(at least not intentionally). Why he avoided meeting his kids after learning of their existence is beyond me, but I'm sure there'll be a logical explanation(or extremely illogical/deadbeat explanation). I hope Ruby plays a bigger role in Season 3, but her not being super involved in the Murder Mystery aspect is just Aqua doing a good job protecting her, so I can't be too upset. Even if she doesn't get heavily involved in the madness, I hope she at least gets more screen time, because she is barely in the show(which is crazy because she is the only character in this seasons ending).
It really is a simple loophole and like Akane, I’m surprised Aqua didn’t consider it. That he and his half brother had the same father, but the half bro’s “father” wasn’t the one who conceived him. And I mean, Ai and the man he suspected had dark hair, and Aqua and Ruby are both blonde which should’ve been weird to him. Question I guess would be, I’d imagine Akane is gonna tell him. How else would he learn this information?
It's like Akane said. Deep down, he wanted to be freed from the burden of seeking vengeance. So despite there being a simple loophole that someone of Aqua's intelligence normally would've reached on his own, he didn't consider it since he subconsciously just wants to be over this whole ordeal and live his life.
Akane? Nah. So far the anime is 100% team Kana, it could change in the future, but if anime were going to finish tomorrow, Aqua would end up with Kana, 100%.
I think it's probably what you thought that bob is the father of both because that's the only possibility i can also think but you thought wouldn't be for some reason and I got confused as to why you would think that and all of a sudden I am confused 😅
I pretty sure the loophole is just that the half brother's mom cheated on her husband/boyfriend with Aqua's dad and that most likely he was responsible for both of their deaths too making him not just a killer, but a serial killer.
Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure the double suicide was mentioned at the very beginning of season 1, when Ai was still alive and talking to Aqua's and Ruby's father on the phone. So Akane might have thought that it didn't make sense chronologically for this guy to be Aqua's father. And she saw this news 100%, because it was a big deal back then, because Taiki's mother was a really popular actress.
It is possible, but it is rare that the person who was unfaithful kills his wife and commits suicide. From that point on it is rare, but if it were the other way around it might make more sense.
@@aripacheco824 It is 100% this, I watched too many anime to believe that it will be resolved that easily. Taiki just doesn't know who his real father is. And that guy didn't know that Taiki wasn't his son as well, and that's what made him kill himself and his wife.
11:25 did you catch that? He hasn't been rizzing girls up "for a decade and some" Which implies he DID used to date bunch of girls in his younger days as a doctor. Probably before Sarina's death.
I'm a 100% Team Akane, I really don't understand how someone can watch the show/read the manga and find that Aqua & Kana have more chemistry than Aqua & Akane...
*LOOPHOLE SPOILER* . . . . . . . . . . . If I remember correctly, the loophole is that the fact the Himekawa's parents is dead before the murder of Ai, therefore Himekawa's father is not the one who Ai called to inform her new resident, and not the one who inform the stalker that killed Ai about Ai's new resident. With that, the one who cheat in Himekawa's family is the mother...
Think two Mothers, two Fathers. They share the same Father but not the same Mother. So that leaves one Father who isn't actually their real Father. That's the loop hole as of now, they didn't think their was two Fathers, just one who had died. So the Mother cheated. We have no idea why, who, what or what lead to the deaths as of yet though.
I guess the loophole is that Aqua and his brother both have an alive father. The one who murdered that woman and her husband by poisoning and made that look like a double suicide. He just cleared evidence against himself the same way as with Ai. I think he violated both girls but got somewhere high, so he wanted to get rid of all witnesses. IMHO. I didn't read the manga or any spoilers.
it means step bro have the same dad, btw agree with you Best girl Akane & Aqua best power couple duo alot more interesting trying to help each other & understand the most
I love ur videos btw and I always wait 2 days for ur demon slayer reaction videos and I'm litch stressjng rn cuz I thought it had been 2 days since last episode and can u pls try make them everyday but thats if you cann 😂❤🎉
11:18 From what I remember from the manga, I think aqua was implying that in his past life as Goro, he was a player. Goro was a pretty good rizzler back then
They skipped the part where Akane pieces together how Aqua is talking about and actually concludes that there is no way that his Aquas father is dead as double un-aliving happened before Aqua and Ruby were born. So it wasnt the husband that cheated but the wife, with Aquas father before Aqua was born.
fun facts: 1: while this is 1st time we see the father his name was actually revealed is 4th episode of this season 2: in 2nd episode of 1st season when aqua goes to "scout" idol from underground agency ruby wanted to apply to, he gives girl a card with alias "神崎光" which is really similar to his father's name "神木光"
The loophole is the fact that the father of Taiki and the Hoshino brothers was the lover of both Taiki's mother and Ai. This is the easiest thing to think about since with Taiki it is confirmed by DNA testing that he and Aqua have the same father.
Yes and no, I mean the strange thing here was that if it was Taiki's mother's husband who was unfaithful to her, why would he commit double murder and suicide? That would be incongruous with the story.
@@skii_aini671 Sometimes it happens that genes are taken over from previous generations. So, for example, we have grandchildren with the colours of their grandmother's eyes, which are different from the colours of their parents' eyes. The knowledge of his father's death has relieved him psychologically and we have noticed how he still thinks about history, but the pain of losing Ai, at this moment in history, leads him not to want to see certain things.
Another loophole that isnt being said by most people here is that if you line up the timelines the man who himekawa thinks is his father died before Ai did. Himekawa is 3 years older than Aqua, his "parents" died when he was five. That would make Aqua 2 years old at that time. But Ai was killed when Aqua and Ruby were 4 years old. Meaning that Himekawa's "father" could not have been the person who killed Ai

I'm not a manga reader, but we're 90% confidant we understood what's going on. I'll mark it as a spoiler just in case.
Basically our logic worked out to this:
-
Evil Blonde Dad + Ai = Aqua and Ruby
Evil Blond Dad + Half brother's mom = Aqua's half brother.
And the fact that it was an assisted suicide makes you wonder if the married man found out.
YOOOOOOOOOO that's craaaaaazy
I'm stupid and still can't figure out what the difference is
Edit: I got it. Basically, Himekawa actually doesn't know his real father
Dude spoilers
So when akane said ai had banged at 13. That meant with that man and thus himekawa was born? DANG
As a manga reader……………. YES!!!!!! JUST HELL YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That’s all I’ll say
😂
It could be equally applied that they are Fraternal twins with the same Mother but different Fathers.
5:45
I cracked up when u and arima gave the same reaction 🤣🤣
Man arima and kurokawa both are so hilarious and cute at the same time
Look at those varied expressions damn!
Akane needs her own Detective TV show :D
YES!
😂
I'm not gonna say ANYTHING about the plot, instead I just want to say I was blown away to hear the blond guy's voice and was sure I heard the same voice from Light Yagami!
Oh my god, you're right! I knew his voice was familiar!
wow his voice hasn't changed since 2006
The music at the end is very appropriate for the man who appears at the end since he does not have good intentions especially with Ruby and you will see in the nexts seasons...good reaction at the final 👏👌👍
Also kana. Unfortunately for her Aquas rizz is so strong I too want to go on a date with him now 🗿(lmao typed this before you said it so I guess we have to share) I actually got the opposite vibe from the conversation with Akane that he was implying he does have a sex drive but in context of their relationship it doesn’t really matter since he doesn’t view her like that
Crow girl will make her mark
The conversation for me felt like her say "is it because we don't do anything" and him saying... "No, but maybe"
But I see it your way too.
And yup, think everyone is lining up for a date with Aqua now 😂😂
Kana of the 100 expressions 🤩 loved it
The real father (blond) is the lover of the mother of aqua's haft brother. 😅 Most likely the half brother is an illegitimate child.
No she didn't love him or anything she was a sex offender who used to ruin yound kids lives and taiki ain't an illegitimate son it is just that his parents died when he was young
Holieeee shieeeedddd, miyano mamoru?!?????? That’s a really good va for that character 😂😂😂
I think the loophole or clue on akane's thought process could be, what triggered the mrdr suicde in the first place.
The suicide is a factor, but there is a second option that is being over looked and that has to do with them being Fraternal twins.
Ai Hoshino Born 1992 (Given that she died at 20 Years old in 2012)
Taiki born with Airi 2004 (Ai Age 12, Taiki Age 0)
Aqua and Ruby born 2008 (Ai Age 16, Taiki Age 4, Aqua-Ruby Age 0)
Seijuro Uehara and Airi died 2009 (Ai Age 17, Taiki Age 5, Aqua-Ruby Age 1)
Ai could be seen talking with the Father 2011/2012 (Ai Age 19/20, Taiki Age 7/8, Aqua Ruby Age 3/4)
Ai Hoshino Died 2012 (Ai Age 20, Taiki Age 8, Aqua-Ruby Age 4)
Tokyo Blade 2024 (Taiki Age 20, Aqua-Ruby Age 16)
This Is all based on Info only given in the anime up till now, So try to find out the loophole by yourself now
Yesssssss…
Akane for best girl
The loophole is with his half brother's Mom.
Nope, but close. Aqua, Ruby same Mom... Different Dad's. It's Fraternal twins.
To find the loophole (without spoiling), ask yourself what situation would lead stepbro's father to double unalive him and his wife.
Ruby will steal the show for the next coming arcs
"I would like Ruby to be more involved"
Oh dont worry about that 😊
If you want the deeper lore I suggest on reading the mangs cause it has so much more into it and its really good
You’re right,Akane does know everything, and that I also can’t help but feel bad for her.
17:56
Facts man, I agree with you so much 👍
7:28 luke bodypillow 🧐?
I was waiting for this episode and it delivered I can't wait for the next ones
I'm pretty sure their father at the end has the voice of Light Yagami (Miyano Mamoru). Feels cunning every time they use his voice for a character like that
"What's the loophole"
How. How can you not realize the most simplest answer 😂
tbf, neither did Aqua but I think denial plays a large part there.
That's right!! Aqua and me = same 😂
It doesn't help that Aqua is the one with the complex and the trauma making him think it all has to do with him.
Akane: "That's what I do, I act and I know things"
Anime only theory:
Blonde dude had his way with both mom, that's how they are half brothers, Himekawa didn't mention that he made a dna test to check his father, cuz he was living with him for a short period, so no reason to check it
27:13 "Could I be his mother?" 💀
Oh... Maybe ... 😳
That light yagami evilness came in clutch
Oh and the Psychopath is finally here….
I remember when this scene first appeared in the manga his age was mentioned i think?? It had me confused cuz no matter how much I tried to compare him with Himekawa’s age i kept coming up with a weird age it gave me horror back then…
31:30 if we all didn’t say that back then…maybe everything would have been much better…cuz I came to hate Ruby so much in the upcoming arc
Also Akane is indeed is the best girl in helping Aqua through the whole story but I am team Kana cuz no matter how i see it Aqua’s happiness is definitely with Kana but i bet he won’t choose to be involved with her at least not until he ends everything?!
Did you notice something, in aqua eye the star disappear

Not a spoiler. The loophole on Aqua's thinking, was that he did not consider the posibility that the mother from his half-brother was the one cheating with Aqua's father, meaning that his half-brother's father wasn't his real father.
And the fact that himekawa’s father died when he was around 2, and Ai called his father when he was 3/4
The loophole is not so easy to find but this is a clue
Aqua and Ruby looks like Ai, Himekawa looks like his mother, but they not look like the father in the picture
Himekawa looks like GORO AMAMIYA!
@@GarethOfByzantium That's true
It’s simple. Airi Himekawa cheated on her husband, which produced Taiki, and THAT male went on to have a relationship with Ai Hoshino.
Kana is the goat and will always be the goat
31:55 "I would like if Ruby was more involved in the main plot, it would be more fun that way"
Um if you ask so...... I wouldn't think that will actually be more fun though.
She too has major role in plot ofc akane aqua and hikaru are the main ones
A loophole I didn't notice.” Okay, if Himekawa's mother had sexual relations with another man, then Aqua and Himekawa's father would not be the dead man, but the man in the last scene!
17:10 I am glad we are in the same team. Akane is a genious and crazy but also very kind and caring.
27:10 Loophole... The dead guy is not the father of either of them. So far they assume the dead husband to had an affair with Ai but what if his wife had an affair with another man and his step-brother is the child of that man.
They fr cooked on Hikaru
@@AmberLoneWolf
It is said that the probability of fraternal twins having different fathers is one in a million. That probability is too low to be called a loophole.
There are certainly theories that suggest the probability is a little higher. But either way, it's a rare case. If there is a mystery written with that case as the key of story, it is a poor work.
31:49 you get what you ask for Luke. Just know that you can't complain about the next episode when you see it
LMAOO! I didn't even knew that the new episode is out, Gotta go watch it first then will come back to see this 🗣️
EDIT: I knew it! It was pretty obvious that the Father is still alive but I was definitely not expecting to see him appear here all of a sudden 😭
I’m leaving this comment here AFTER watching the episode myself, but BEFORE watching the reaction:
I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT!!! I knew that the dates didn’t match and that Aqua (and Himekawa) supposed father, (Uehara) would have been dead for like a few months, if not a year or more before AI’s murder, if Himekawa informations are correct… Now my theory is that sure, the DNA test results are accurate, Aqua and Himekawa ARE indeed brothers who share the same father BUT Himekawa thinks that her mother’s husband (Uehara) is his biological father, which he isn’t… And that’s probably because his mother was seduced by this as*hole and became pregnant… She was initially able to fool Uehara making him think that the baby (Himekawa) was his, but then, when he was 5 something happened: maybe he was hospitalized and/or needed a blood transfusion or something like that, (Could also be something that directly involves DNA , but I feel that something regarding a different blood type would be more likely)
and that’s when Uehara realized that Himekawa was not his son and his wife had been cheating on him… So, in a fit of rage he killed her and then killed himself… That’s how I think things went, more or less… (I could also very much be HORRIBLY wrong)
And I was right when I thought that Aqua didn’t dig enough, didn’t investigate properly, because he was subconsciously trying to find a way out, thinking something like: “Okay, they’ve just told me he’s dead, so I won’t ask any further and unnecessary questions, but just accept the fact that he’s not longer alive and take this opportunity to finally be able to live my life to the fullest like I’ve always wanted…
TBF we also know that that bastard and Ai talked to the phone just a few days before AI’s death, while Aqua doesn’t…
Manga spoiler
Taiki's mother SA'ed their father (who at the time was 11) which ended up in taiki being born.
17:10 You’ve got splendid taste 🙏
They have the same mother
Manga reader here, but don't worry, no spoilers.
The author never cleared up what the "loophole" was in following chapters.
The common agreement among readers was that Akane realized the wife could have cheated with Aqua's father, since we got the DNA test with the child, not the father directly.
The author probably assumed the loophole was "self explanatory" after the reveal of the father in the graveyard, so it was never brought up again.
Point is, Akane realized Aqua's father is still alive, but doesn't want Aqua to know. That's the only thing you should take away from the scene.
Akane figured it out. The loophole is, "what if Himekawa's mom was the one who cheated?"
Yep!
thats what i was thinking
I figured it out while Akane was walking and that made this reveal so much more exciting for me.
I’ve honestly been kinda shocked how many people didn’t instantly realize that. As soon as himekawa said his father died and must have cheated I noticed the obvious loophole.
Just wait for the movie arc
Loop hole = if the screenwriter was having affairs, it doesn’t make sense for him to murder suicide with his wife… meaning it’s more likely that the wife was having an affair with the twins’ father, which for some reasons was later known by the screenwriter
It’s either the dad cheated (what aqua believe) or the mum (mum gets with Ai’s man)
I’d say the simple deduction without spoiling anything is Himekawa doesn’t really know who his father is. The details regarding everything will come later and it’s something…
Yep and it's really f'd up like we both know.
Don't worry, Ruby will become more important in the story from now
team akane here
I pretty sure the loophole is just that the half brother's mom cheated on her husband/boyfriend with Aqua's dad and that most likely he was responsible for both of their deaths too making him not just a killer, but a serial killer.
Finally the bob appear😂
11:25 did you catch that? He hasn't been rizzing girls up "for a decade and some"
Which implies he DID used to date bunch of girls in his younger days as a doctor. Probably before Sarina's death.
I'm a 100% Team Akane, I really don't understand how someone can watch the show/read the manga and find that Aqua & Kana have more chemistry than Aqua & Akane...
hmm i dont think Aqua and Akane make a good couple tho, they r a mismatch (eventhough im also team Akane)
*LOOPHOLE SPOILER*

If I remember correctly, the loophole is that the fact the Himekawa's parents is dead before the murder of Ai, therefore Himekawa's father is not the one who Ai called to inform her new resident, and not the one who inform the stalker that killed Ai about Ai's new resident. With that, the one who cheat in Himekawa's family is the mother...
their moms are different
In short,
Himekawa's father =
" You're NOT the father",
Right?
Ruby is kinda last boss girl 🤭
Spoiler
Aqua's father was SA'ed by taiki's mom which produced taiki
@@AnanyaAMenon I don't need spoilers.
Aqua isn't into Akane he made that clear in season 1
"For the past decade or so" Assuming he was pretty much undateable as a hard-core Ai otaku, it's closer to 2 decades...
it means step bro have the same dad, btw agree with you Best girl Akane & Aqua best power couple duo alot more interesting trying to help each other & understand the most
WHAT DOES IT MEEAAN YUGI!?
I love ur videos btw and I always wait 2 days for ur demon slayer reaction videos and I'm litch stressjng rn cuz I thought it had been 2 days since last episode and can u pls try make them everyday but thats if you cann 😂❤🎉
Akane, my absolute goat.
11:18 From what I remember from the manga, I think aqua was implying that in his past life as Goro, he was a player. Goro was a pretty good rizzler back then
who was the father's voice actor ?????????
One thing is for sure: Daddy's finally home
without the milk or if he did have milk its spoiled milk
They skipped the part where Akane pieces together how Aqua is talking about and actually concludes that there is no way that his Aquas father is dead as double un-aliving happened before Aqua and Ruby were born. So it wasnt the husband that cheated but the wife, with Aquas father before Aqua was born.
Whether you root for Kana or Akane, in the end, we're all team Aqua x Therapy
You're going to eat your words about Ruby.
fun facts:
1: while this is 1st time we see the father his name was actually revealed is 4th episode of this season
2: in 2nd episode of 1st season when aqua goes to "scout" idol from underground agency ruby wanted to apply to, he gives girl a card with alias "神崎光" which is really similar to his father's name "神木光"
Also Aqua should've considered that Taiki's father's hair isn't blonde. So it shouldn't be him. He got blonde hair himself. How could he not notice?
The loophole is the fact that Ai died when the supposed father was already in the grave
