    Simon I just wanna say you're my only Idol that I look up to. Your style of simple yet aggressive way of training, not focusing so hard on aesthetics, such detailed knowledge you have, etc is what I really love and just wanna become a female version of you! Hope will get a chance to meet you in the future when I'll get to your level (or ahead🤪 can't help I'm just your fan afterall)

    I'm at the end of my golfer/tennis elbow injury on both elbows. I wish I saw this a few months ago, but I fell in love with the stretch and power that a chin up/supinated grip gives especially with weights hanging down my waist. The injuries just appeared one morning, almost no warnings. Learn from me, do not over-use the supinated grip =)

    What about golfers elbow? I'm suffering with golfers elbow at the moment.
    I think I was doing too many pronated pull ups.

      i recommend just changing between the 2 every 3-4 months brother
