@@SkourasRealEstate People want details upfront, to determine if it’s in their range or not, and don’t want to waste time on something that’s not. Nor going to links or write emails. We live extremely busy lives and it’s time consuming & annoying. One thing I always tell my agents is they must price it upfront, we lose potential interested buyers that are within the price range, as they think it must be too expensive and or simply won’t play the “game”. And those that are within the range & genuinely interested will take it further. Please rethink your approach.
