The cameraman has to concentrate more on the house than on you. When you point to a certain aspect... Make sure the camera focuses on that.
I like it, especially the stonework, it's really nice craftmanship. I don't even care that it's close to the road, the traffic can't be anywhere near as bad as downtown city living with ambulance, fire, police sirens 24/7 and 3 major bus routes going by my window.
It is not as noisy as somebody would presume! The craftsmanship is indeed beautiful! 🙂

Thank you! Yes, of course we have mosquitos here in Greece 😅! All windows and French doors have mosquito screens throughout the whole villa. Not the outside area though, this is not common here and we do not want to spoil the views. We use special anti mosquito sticks 😉

We noticed that during lockdown people could not visit their second homes even if they had secondary citizenship...how ridiculous..no one can invest if they're not allowed to visit and stay in their homes in another country for as long as they want. They totally violate the rights of mankind to live travel and work anywhere in the world. They have the world in military martial law. We must stand on our inalienable rights as mankind. A problem with this property is that you can clearly hear the cars driving by several times in the video. That's a big no-no for me.
I understand that, although when you are on the property, you don't hear really the cars. Alternatively, you can have the same, or similar house built by the same architect in accordance with your own specifications/needs/style and within the same budget, on any plot you choose. We do have some wonderful building plots available.
