i should play around more with glazing over metallics, that's a nice rust effect, and even some of the in-between stages would look alright on their own.
the leather looks 👌 as well

interesting video, nice finished product. Exactly how did u remove the heavy oil wash? most people use make up pad kind of things.. but that looked like to fine / thorough of job.

hello, i removed it using a brush soaked in solvent. you can refer to this video th-cam.com/video/lhLHT3ZkhPc/w-d-xo.html , ive also shown thin application and make up sponge removal on another video

Great video. One little question: after removing the oil wash with solvent, how long do you have to let it dry to continue painting with acrylics?

often an hour is enough. i do however tend to leave the oil washing for last on my painting sessions and leave them over night. But when working during weekends by the time im done with lunch, having done the solvent cleaning before hand, the model is ready to continue to be worked on

As old world is coming out I'd love to see how you paint incoming fantasy models with such detail and difficult poses - if you ever want models to paint from that world I have a few major models I can send over to support happy to pay for shipping etc 😊😊

When they wrap cloth around the blade...*smh...serves zero f'ing purpose, makes the weapon less effective obviously. Man that's rough.
