I thank you for your service but I feel for you because I have Complex-PTSD from several traumatizing events I've been though from 4-5 years old to all of 2021 and several traumatic experiences in-between. My regular therapist says I need to do 6-8 sessions of EDMR Trauma therapy which I'm I'm still searching for a therapist that takes my insurace because I'm on SSDI and AARP Medicare Advantage United Healthcare for mental illness and the United States Healthcare in general is greedy as fuck and they really only care about profitability and not patient care. BigPharma are a bunch of crooks and my psych meds cost over $20 GRAND per year, my Latuda alone is $1,700 per MONTH for 30 - tablets without my health insurance. (THANK YOU Barack Obama). The cash price for 30 tablets of Latuda is only $150 bucks on Canada. Hmmm 🤔, something is definitely wrong with America. Every other civilized country in the world ex. all of Europe pretty much and Australia have Universal Healthcare and every single citizen of their country has health insurance as a basic human right. Call me a socialist or a libtard or whatever else (I don't care if you do), I'm just spitting FACTS. Plus I have an anterior cervical discectomy fusion C 5-6-7 fused from a drunk driver hitting me at 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I'm very lucky I'm not paralyzed from the neck down or dead so I feel blessed and extremely lucky and I'm not a religious person. Especially organized religion because it's basically brain washing kinda like the the United States Military in boot camp but in a different way. The military sends soilders to the Middle East and they come back with PTSD and lots of them end up homeless and sleep outside on the streets yet the government doesn't give a shit at all. It's just a Republican politician talking point or flat out lie. In Missouri where I live, governor Parson made it illegal for homeless people to sleep outside and charges them with a felony, a $750 dollar fine which they can't afford to pay and jail time. It's fucking evil and vile. However, I agree on J-Roll, he's got me through some very difficult times was basically a talented white rapper yet my therapist and he keeps me moving forward in life. Hope you get your issues with PTSD resolved or at least all the symptoms alleviated to suffer less. I'm see a great psychiatrist and a wonderful therapist and they help me tremendously. I'm not sure if you see either of those but if not, I'd definitely look into it. Be well and take care.

I recently started listening to Jelly Roll also his music helps me and many ways I'm sorry to hear about your brother I know what you're going through my father shot himself my grandmother passed away and my little sister died from a drug overdose all in like a year of each other but I have a little girl now and a beautiful wife that I focus on also a baby that will be here in about a week my children mean everything to me my daughter's name is Journey and her and I jam some jelly roll she loves it probably more than I do

Treatment does so the system failed but God spared her life I'm truly grateful .. ❤️😇❤️
