I'm genuinely so happy to see a creator use the in-game barriers. I always feel so creatively inadequate seeing some people build zoos with completely handmade fencing. You made the in-game barriers look amazing and fit flawlessly with your zoo. Love this! Edit: also I learned you can stack staff facilities?!?! I have so much to learn!
For real tho. Seeing this video was like a breath of fresh air and felt like I was just watching a normal player playing rather than an architect building a zoo while adding detail to the most miniscule leaf on the zoo.
I know I'm a bit late to be saying this, but the reason I think the horses and some of the other animals kept getting hungry is there wasn't enough food trays/troughs. Since there are so many animals in there already, once you added the horses, a majority of them would eat but the others couldn't reach it in time, therefore starving. I have a similar problem with lemurs in my zoo. The starving issue isn't as bad now that I added another food source. Having a bit more food enrichment wouldn't hurt either. I know you're already done with this zoo, but I just wanted to drop this comment in case someone else has a similar issue. I am not an expert in this game, but that's just what I think since the food trays/troughs have a capacity for food that it won't be enough to feed so many animals from just one source.
Fun fact about the big fluffy bushes! Hydrangeas will change their flower colors depending on the PH of the soil! I have seen them in white, pink, purple, and blue. Absolutely beautiful flowers.
Only 2 and a half minutes in and I’m begging god to let me be half as creative as this with my habitat scenery. Those virtual bison got the best little habitat 🥹
This is honestly one of the best videos i’ve seen in a very long time, I loved how you put so much detail into each habitat and keep this type of content up. Great Job!🙏
Actually using your video as a determination of if i should get the game or not! So far im enjoying it and thinking about getting the game, and im only 14 minutes in!
if anyone needs help getting more conservative credits, try jaguars. they breed pretty fast, and they have two babies at a time. they also cost cash, and i’ve had lots of success. once you get enough, you can switch to cheetahs, tigers or lions. (they breed slower though, so keep that in mind.)
Hey a tip I learned for lag control is to multi select a large area of your zoo and disable the ability to climb anything in that area. Just thought you might need some help with that without loosing all your money.
While I am watching this video, you have 9.9 9K subscribers exactly wow congratulations so honestly you deserve way Way way way way way way way way more.❤
I was going to rewatch this series since all the parts were finally out so you have no idea how excited I was to see this video! Can’t wait to see your next zoo!
I’m late to the party, but still wanted to share this fun fact. Cheetahs aren‘t actually classified as „big cats“ in oppose to snow leopards, which are classified as „big cats“ despite cheetahs being bigger (height- and length-wise). The reason for this is that wether or not a species of cat qualifies as „big“ has little to do with the size and instead depends on the animal‘s ability to roar. Snow leopards, as well as jaguars, tigers, lions and leopards *can* roar (making them all valid big cats), while cheetahs just can‘t. Another example of a catto that didn‘t make the cut would be cougars. Also I might have to try that quarantine thing because I managed to fill my storage with like my first franchise zoo because I had a breeding of gold quality albino warthogs and I didn‘t want to throw them away or sell too many of them so I just kept them in storage and it got to a point where I had *several dozen* of them in storage TT
I don't know much about this game, btu I find it funny that clipping is apparently intended. It's gonna happen anyway, so lets let the players use it for decoration.
Just saying, I love your videos! I find them really funny, also they can be inspirational when it comes to making habitats. They're usually a bit ugly but they have became nice as I have picked up on some of your techniques. ^^ Also, I would recommend the Arctic DLC, Grassland DLC, and Twilight DLC as your next dlcs, if you didnt get them already. Arctic wolf is so cute imo, the grassland dlc is perfection and Twilight dlc has the red fox!
I absolutely love this video and it actually made my day! I was just a little sad that you didn't add any Giraffes, since they're one of my favorite animals. But love it ❤
You should make a carnivore only zoo, with no fences. You have to make sure nobody dies, both animals and humans. Death due to age is fine, but they can't be eaten.
Hey! I was wondering if anyone knows if there might be an underwater version of this? Or a game that gives of the same vibe as this one but then underwater? Im especially interested in coral reefs!
Do you know about the girl with Cleo and Abby, the two realllly long dogs ? Idk her @, but you sound like you could be her brother and I love it ❤ you guys have my favorite ‘accent’
It’s bc they can’t roar :3 that’s the main thing with big vs small cats, and why snow leopards are big cats but cougars are small cats despite their actual sizes
Your habitat building is on point dang it. Really love it. But i cant, dont have the patience for it, and to mutch is not good on console the lag gets terrible, while having 3k geusts.
@AricTheDino can you please explain how you set up the path to have one coming in from all 4 directions for the exhibit? I love how you have the open slots at the corners!
Can you make a habitat with a closed roof for the snow animal's? That would make it look realistic because the snow will melt in the hot Terrain if it is in an open room. Thanks
I love the video, I don't know if the whole series is completed, but in the future I'd love to not have a 20-minute recap, as I JUST watched the last video.
I THINK the horses are pronounce "sheh-val-skee". I remember playing zoo tycoon many eons ago and I always called them "prez-wall-skee" until I heard David Attenborough say in in a Planet Earth episode XD
You are so creative at first i thought that you would be like the other people yhat play this game the fact that you had 100 hours you deserved it your zoo had soo many animals also i love animals❤ so i appreciate this video everyone like and sub now!!❤❤❤❤❤
I’m rewatching this video again. In the first section, years 1-25, you said “rock(s)” at least thirty times. I counted 32, but that might not be exact.
Quick question what do you recommend for the staff and like how do you get good income through the whole series how do you know how much staff you need and what building to get? Also great vid!
Hey, wanted to share some friendly fellow-player advice! Income is not really a challenge if your park is overall stable. Just make sure to leave donation bins around well-cared-for animals and raise entry fees per notification about their prices. I don’t tweak shops, just placing them around whenever needed. As for the staff, my golden rule is one caretaker per 2-3 normal habitats that are close together, or 2 caretakers per big build like safari clusters or hippos. Also, 3 shopkeepers per 2 stalls (for shifts). Others - depends on areas (usually 1 person per 5-something zone: 1 vet per 5 habitats) plus one free person for research if you do that. Janitors: start with one roaming, one focused around shops, then branch off. After that, I’m just keeping an eye out for problems, check my workers’ load and add more people whenever needed. The beginning of a new franchise is challenging sometimes, but I never really had money problems in general, and with 5+ habitats it’s no longer an issue altogether. Smooth sailing to your parks!
Lol in denmark we dont even gotta go to a zoo to see a red deer most of the time were like " there is a good target " and BOOM the red deer is dead....

This is so true when creators do the custom fencing and things, I literally had quit cuz I felt all my zoos were ugly😭
For real tho. Seeing this video was like a breath of fresh air and felt like I was just watching a normal player playing rather than an architect building a zoo while adding detail to the most miniscule leaf on the zoo.
I hate youtube planet zoo creators who only use custom barriers because the first (and last)custom barrier i created was horrible
You should do a “albino only” zoo but the albinos can’t be bought from the store you actually have to breed them urself
Sweet Jesus are you actually insane?!
A fellow dr Phil Apple 🤝

i never thought a planet zoo video would get me to stay watching for more than a hour and 25 minutes. you are the best planet zoo youtuber ive seen.

Your comment made me subscribe haha
I love planet zoo but some videos are mid af

Keepera put food on the floor when their isn't enough for the other animals

Can't believe i spend hours watching your video when I can't even complete the game's tutorial.
Ive never heard of planet zoo befor this video. I may play it myself it looks fun. I also enjoy how you speak. My favorite is how you say ✨️Rocks✨️.
Its like, ✨rauckh✨
Same
fun game with friends. take a shot everytime artic says ''rocks''
Also when she says “habitat “ XD
Also when she says "it amuses me"
And forgot
That's a jigsaw trap
@@geniuspig1748 If you really did this.... you would be SMASHED since it's said way more than rocks.
This was SO satisfying and relaxing to watch! I'm so impressed for how much work you put into this! It was a perfect video!!!!!
Your voice is soooo nice to listen to. I love the way you say “habitat” so this video rules
I love the way you say “ræcks” it tickles my brain
Im Polish (the guy who found the Przewalski horse was Russian but slavic languages are similar) and we pronounce it "p-sh-eh-v-ah-l-ski"
this video is so beautiful at the end just watching the animals exist, your zoo turned out amazing
This is honestly one of the best videos i’ve seen in a very long time, I loved how you put so much detail into each habitat and keep this type of content up. Great Job!🙏
your habitats look really nice! lovely video 😍
I watched this whole video. I have never watched a video by this person. I have never watched a planet zoo video. I had a great time at least.
tbh i'm half way through the video and i'm loving it keep up and u gained a new subscriber
i love how you do habitats because it’s really similar to my personal style and i don’t see a lot of popular channels use the same style as me

I swear I’ve rewatched this 13 times already
I’ve never heard someone say rock so much in my life

I think the Bactrian Camel & Prezwalski's Horse can break the wood fence, I recommend you adding rocks all over the fence. But it's your choice!

This looks amazing! Well done :)
yayy! more zoo! i love these
You you should do something or you do a zoo for every single continent and make that a series
You should make a carnivore only zoo, with no fences. You have to make sure nobody dies, both animals and humans. Death due to age is fine, but they can't be eaten.
That’s impossible no matter what

Cheetahs aren't actually big cats! They are considered lesser cats because of something to do with their bone structure, i think?
It’s bc they can’t roar :3 that’s the main thing with big vs small cats, and why snow leopards are big cats but cougars are small cats despite their actual sizes

Snow leopards are in the Felidea family, so they did belong in the big cat section

Cool video. I actually watched the entire thing. But you should have showed the animals a lot more at the end, and used different camera angles.
