Awesome, thanks, we followed the instructions to the T. The plastic tools are indespensable. We put in the radio that came from the salvage yard and it didn't work. When I put the original back, it worked perfectly. I had read a comment somewhere online that if you unplug the radio, wait an hour and plug back in, that the CD changer would work. Lo and behold it did and made my day.
Thanks for the video. I'm planning on replacing the unit on my Pathfinder 06 LE, is the Bose stock on. I just want to replace the unit, should I get anything special rather than the new unit itself? Thanks
Hello. Do you know the part number for the panel you just removed? The one that has de A/C controls and retains the radio? Or where can i find it? Thanks!
This is not an Australian car. My Pathfinder is a 1999 R51 Ti model, nothing like this one which you say is a 2005? The whole console and radio, with the 3 CD player and further down the air conditioning control is not like this one. Are you from the US?
Enfig I see. They're different to the Australian variants. The one I have is a 1999 R50. I went to a dealership and asked how to remove the centre bezel so that I can add a fog lights switch and the foreman was tight lipped about it. Lucky I got some photocopies of the dashboard spare parts from the Spare Parts section and figured out how to do it. While you pry the top tray trim to then remove the bezel (the front plastic trim that covers the vents, radio, etc.), here you remove the bezel without removing the top tray to get straight to the radio and so on.

Thanks a million! My son found your video after another video did not give us enough info. Worked great for my '08 Pathfinder.
Thank you for posting this,I need to replace the heater controls knobs next week in my 2006.
"As long as it looks the same it should be."
I totally thought you were trying to sound like Yoda until I read this 3 more times.
Thanks for the video man. Just used it for my 2007 Frontier.

I would go aftermarket to get more features.
@1minidisco Its a different car as of now we do not have a video for that car.
Awesome video, very informative!!! Thanks for the help.
any idea how to remove the subwoofer located by rear driver side tire in the 2007 pathfinder
Is the process fundamentally the same for a 2003 Pathfinder?
As long as it looks the same it should be.
Thank you for video.
Is there a dimmer for backlighting on the radio or if it's no light it's no good?
I'm not sure.
If you bring us the car. We can only do videos on cars that come into the shop.
does the stereo have a auxiliary input at the back
No but I think we can sell you an interface that makes it available.

Sorry not my car. It was a customers car.

Can you tell me the right name for that tool and where I can find it??? Thanks!
Do I need to change the speakers after replacing the radio?
Usually no.
We do not have a video for that.
Can I remove the radio from a 2010 pathfinder the same way
Anyone know where to find the plastic tool? Every store I go to only has metal ones.
