My mother in her 60's never saw a roof job either, but from her driveway on the ground saw the worst job ever on her rof, she knows nothing about a roof it was that bad. shingles were run crooked, pipes werent cleaned and the pipe jacks the installed were letting water in. They shingled over a 24 inch hole, yes they shingled over a hole. They didnd remove the existing nails and there were obvious high and low spots. and the list goes on. I should post it on youtube. The company was SHELTERPRO roofing in san antonio Texas. I refused payment, After finding 4 substantial gross indefensible breaches in the contract, they wanted to do minor cosmetic fixes and get paid. nope not happening. So i called another rofing company RADIANT roofing, explained the issue and they did the job, fully documented more issues upon take up, found more decking needing replaced,. 14 4x8 sheets, which i verified, 10 of them i requested. Its not perfect, but its as perfect as you can do on a 50 year old house. After a year and some ugly storms its holding up just fine. This job in the video is salvagable at least, a few guys for a few hours.
I'm not a professional roofer, but I've done my fair share of roofing with relatives who are pros and on my own buildings. "BAD ROOFING JOB" doesn't even begin to describe just how bad. I could spot most of the problems easily --- and I had cataract surgery a week ago, so only one good eye.
I had a guy do my roof a few years ago. I ran up there as soon as he left and set up with the ladder and did an inspection with a friend. That guy surpassed my expectations, He put flashing where I didn’t think about putting it and saw his solutions and repairs and realized this guy was two steps of me. Job was worth every dollar. I even recommended him to other friends.
Guy who did mine 2015, asked if I felt safe coming up to inspect. I said sure. I had been up there plenty of times cleaning the gutters. He showed me everything, even stuff he had to repair from the last roofing job in the 90's. He even replaced a section of wood that had some water damage, replaced my turbine vents & placed an extra vapor barrier over the entire roof. He was a good dude and told me it wasn't worth losing your reputation to save time or a few bucks. ~ Now I tell everyone I know that needs roofing done, about him. JZ Roofing in Arkansas.

@@dot_dot_pwn2650 I agree, what a nightmare!!! My roof on my bungalow is simple, 4 slopes, that's it. I'm a 63 year old woman but I get up there and inspect it myself! Sounds like you might be one of those stand up citizen's who would hire illegals or possibly still living in mom & dad's basement!
I worked in roofing for 10 years. From 15-25. Even at 15 i would be hugely embarrassed to put out this level of garbage work. Scam artists are everywhere
When I was a kid my parents helped out a local kid and gave him odd jobs. When they built a shed they got him to do it and he nailed those soft-ish roof tiles (shingles? I don't know the English terminology, but they look like in the video) to the roof, meaning it leaked like hell. He had never seen that kind of roofing material before. He's like 40-45 now and is a professional and has done a lot of goodwill for our family because my parents were good to him when he was a kid.
I feel like that’s a very difficult roof and an equally difficult shingle to work with but I feel like a first time DIYer would have done better than that shit right there lol
yeah you know whoever did this did not care at all it would leak liike a sieve i did my own roof and looked for the best possible materials and techniques never had any roof leaks in 20 years still looks good
Having roofed my own house and worrying that being a 16th of an inch off on my overlap every now and again was sloppy. I now feel a hell of a lot better.
HEAV¥HAND Agreed. No attempt to stagger the sawteeth, even.Blatantly obvious there are problems before the inspector even started pointing things out.. Roofing is one of those things where anyone can do a small, simple project, but you need an expert to deal with the complex stuff, or the large projects. The homeowner wisely called in apparent experts.. it's just that the 'experts' sucked ass and did not live up to the reputation preceding them. When my un-handyman can't-be-arsed lazy ass looks at work done and can say 'they did a horrible job, I can and have done better', there's a serious problem.
@@tashkiira7838 A waste of money and time just because he went with the cheapest one. Nothing wise about the homeowner at all since he should have gotten an expert in to do it in the first place instead of being cheap. You get what you pay for after all.
Amateur night at the roofing company. It's hard to find good workers. The crew was probably about 10 guys who have never considered reading a pack of shingles. The supervisor was nowhere near the roof. I've heard it all... It boils down to the customers who wouldn't buy a used Yugo or Chevette to drive their kids and pocket dog to the soccer field... They get massive loans for their BMWs and their Tahoe and their Lexus and that water ski boat... but they price shop roofs and get stingy, claim that the insurance company won't give them but a tiny bit of the price quoted.
They needed a progress inspection. Most likely the roofer will walk from the final payment. The cost to repair this roof will probably be greater than the final payment.
Looks like a pretty complicated roofing job. Actually, the fact that it only cost $20,000 would have been my first clue that it was going to be a hack job.

We had someone recommend to us replacing our tile roof with asphalt shingle. Yeah sure! Let me take off my 100-year roof for a 20-year roof. That makes a lot of sense...
Depends on how many years and what current condition your "100 year" tile roof is in. There are plenty of benefits to a cheaper 20 year single roof, especially in areas of Cali that rarely ever get rain.
MarkM5 I had something like that happen, I got a metal roof, was installed 10 years ago, should last a lifetime. I had someone out to do new gutters, they recommended I get a new roof because it is showing some age. It still looks the same as when it was put on. They even took there time to come up with a price, even wanting an extra grand for disposal of the old.
The key to any good roof is not always the product but the installer and another Super key thing is to keep people off the roof that is a number one no no in the roofing industry tiles are expensive to replace and hard to find
Hey guys, thanks for commenting on the video. Any critiques you may have is welcomed. I want to get better at "filming" project we do. Please subscribe and I will get better!
To be fair it's 20k with martial which could have been around 10k on it's own, mattering how much squares the roof is. That would leave 10k in labor for tear off and hit on (excluding waste costs). Most likely what happened is that the owner wanted to pay less than what the job was worth and got a sloppy but cheaper job done. Not excusing their mistakes, but it's disingenuous to say the roofers made 20k off of this roof.
> The roofer that laid that down should be in jail If you feel that strongly about a person-doing-roofing, please tell me how you feel about the 2022 POTUS, congress, etc.
I’ve been a roofer and general contractor for a few years now, and um. Well I never realized before how good my boss is at construction. The mistakes that some people actually make, either uninformed or laziness, it’s revolting. So blessed that I was taught right!
After agreeing to get paid $20,000 for a new roof I can’t believe the roofers did such a crappy job. My roofers replaced all the exhaust vents with new Broans, lead boots on drain vents, all new chimney flashing, properly staggered the shingles. I filmed, climbed ladders to inspect the work. If you don’t know how it should be done, pay someone to verify the work. 12 grand for 40 squares. Estimated 30 grand for All metal. 50 grand for All aluminum. Metal was 1/2 the weight of architectural shingles. Aluminum was 1/2 the weight of metal. If I were rich I would have loved the aluminum roof. Never rusts or leaks. Reflects heat in our hot TX summers.
davidwvolz yup, people talk shit like it's the companies fault. $20g's is about right for such an abstract design. No one else would probably do it for remotely close to $20g which is why they bought these shady guys. Lesson learned.

@@ldlink3935 using roofing nailer guns instead of hand nailing is one. Running the felt over the top of the roof to the other side or starting the felt at the top and working downwards is another. Not correctly weaving corners if there areas the roof needs to be weaved such as a roof that juts out from the main roof. Not properly flashing all areas including all outer edges of the roof "don't use the old flashing" oh, and tearing off more than you can get dried in before you quit for the day, even if the weather forecast isn't calling for rain for days or weeks when you're doing roofing ALWAYS assume it's going to down pour all night into the next day.
@@danielsmit11 Thanks, this is helpful. I must admit, the hand nailing does not excite me, but for my roof with decking from 1948 (boards with large gaps) it seems the prudent thing to do to avoid "air nailing" is to use a hammer. Funny thing is, if neighbors see me using a hammer to do my roof they will assume I cheaped out when the reality is I'd just be trying to do the job right, properly or cautiously. such is life.
I don't understand, the guy behind the camera is paid to do an assessment, not fix the problems. So he is not wasting his time, and this whole video was spotlighting how such a service is not a waste of money. And i think he could fix the roof, it would probably have to be done from scratch though.
It is not a waste of money. Unless your willing to scale that roof yourself (being the homeowner) and know what your looking for, $189 is a drop in the bucket for almost any roof inspection. Yes it would have to be torn off and re-done. Better to pay that price and be able to sue the contractor that fucked you, instead of eating that $20,000 loss and having to pay the price again in two years when he has water pouring in or rotting away his obviously very expensive house. The homeowner should have done a little more research about the company they hired, at least they had the right idea in hiring an inspector.
Reminds me of my Dad, who is an electrician, who inspected this multi-million dollar house's wiring. Turns out the wiring job was done so bad, he has no idea how they would've got away with it. Almost every outlet box only had the wires cut to the boxes, not connected, most of the light switches didn't work, or turned on other things (he said the porch light turned on the upstairs bathroom light) and the junction box literally exploded when they gave it power. He had to "swiss-cheese" the entire house which was all brand new and redo the entire wiring. It's amazing the lengths people will do for short-cuts.
oh my god reminds me of one time me having to troubleshoot some one elses job in the same company I'm in switches didn't work the travelers were messed up the motion sensors did not work all the low volt was goofed oh lord i mean how do you mess up 3 ways
Ghost1170, sure enough, not just in America. But in US at least you can leave a bad review in internet. In some other sick countries you can face court charges for that (called disparagement) and so there are no bad reviews, as everyone is afraid to write the truth. And guess what? There are also no tradesmen who is able to do the job properly.
In San Antonio TX don't hire. Nicholas George Mora, 37 years old, Steadfast Roofing and Contractors. Horrible work plus it seemed like he was asking for money every time he saw me. I told him several times he wouldn't get a penny more til the job was done. They did a half ass job. When we did the walk through, after he claimed job was done, he tried talking his way out of all sorts of issues. On top of that his employees came to try and collect saying he had not paid them.
No wonder it's terrible, $20k bid for such a chopped up high squareage complicated roof using a high grade specialty shingle.... A professional company would have been $50k to do that right, including all the proper new flashing pans under the siding. Sometimes homeowners bring this silly stuff upon themselves when they go with a ridiculously low bid. The materials alone on that would be $15k.
50K for a roof like that with shitty shingle that last so few years ? US is a scam that should be the price for slate lasting 100years instead of that shit ecological nightmare that last 25 years.
You are preaching to the choir Not much you can do with limited funds We never hear stories about how the guy that owns that house is a fucking asshole and that's why such a gigantic roof
As someone whose been taken by a contractor, I really feel this persons pain. You put your trust in people, and they take advantage of you, and rip you off. There are so many people out there who do this intentionally to people. Even if you do your due diligence, people will find a way to take advantage. I hope this person was able to recover some of his money.
@@walterbrunswick yeah 20,000 dollars for that roof is actually very cheap. A real roofer would have charged twice that. 20k would barely cover the cost of those shingles alone.
With a house designed that shitty i dont feel for the home owner:D expecting to get a custom job like that for 20k is stupid but what do you expect from snobbish cheepskates and then they cry and probably run to a lawyer
Although sometimes it is just lack of skill and knowledge. Construction crews are a fast turnover trade. People don't want to destroy their body's any more for nearly making a living and no 40k, health insurance or any benefits. This one though is just insane though. Roofing is pretty much the easiest trade next to flooring so this says they didn't care at all.
I worked on a roof once that had 8 LAYERS OF SHINGLES on it. Every time the old homeowners needed to re-shingle their roof, they would just leave the old layer on and put new shingles on top of it. Scraping 8 layers of rotting melted slop off that roof was probably my least favorite work experience.
Oh hell. As someone typically put on the tear off/clean up side of the job, I could feel the kind of growing dread I would experience when I learned there were 8 times as much material to clear, and much of it is rotted to hell and back.
...probably for both roofing contractor and for architect. And in that market, paying for the best would probably only shave a fraction of a percentage point off the profit from selling the house.
@@kikook222 Yea I'd say that final payment did not go through. If he didn't sue he brought out another company and vetted their credential more thoroughly. If I was in that house I would just move though what a terrible roof design.
The dude who did that has to pay whatever the cost of a new roof is. Done by professionals. I'm guessing about $30,000-$40,000. The law also says he pays whatever he charged them. $20,000. So $50,000. He effed up in a large fashion. Unless he skipped the country w his 10 gs. I just did a screw up the court deemed a screw up. Customer sued. Won. I came in and did it. He paid. Then paid the customer the original $10,000 he swindled em out of. So it cost him $21,000. By court order.
@@RyanGallagher42000 I'm a single woman with a house. I needed a new roof. Mine is a simple, 4 slope roof thankfully. I did research for weeks, got familiar with how a roof is built, I researched options, such as metal vs shingles, researched products from the underlay to flashing to shingles etc. I researched companies, went through their BBB ratings, asked around, asked questions, even drove around looking at roofs, I looked at reviews, looked at how long they'd been in business, checked for lawsuits etc. I had 4 estimates done. I also asked for addresses where the companies had worked and drove by to see what their work looked like. I finally made my choices. This was in 2013. The company did a stellar job!!! I am so happy with their work, how it looks, everything. I chose the best quality products I could afford. My roof still looks brand new and I live on Canada's West Coast where we get extremes in weather, temperature, precipitation etc. I go up there and inspect it myself. The slopes are gentle, it's pretty safe. Anyways , research is the best thing we can do to protect ourselves!!! Cheers!
No. Not at all. Must of the run work is fine. That's most of the roof. All of the flashing, trim, eaves and cap have to be ripped and replaced. And find out what the f*** is under the shingles in that one area. Is horrible work. Horrible roof/framing layout. Good roofing company could fix it in a day.

That's why I never use online reviews for a decison, anyone can create a fake account within seconds and post a great review and do it over and over. I trust and rely on word of mouth and will go the extra mile as to have them show me finished work on similar homes.
OMG! Horrible! SO important to have your roof installation inspected before you pay out! ALWAYS use a roofer with YEARS of experience, great referrals and customer feedback. Great video!
..."a pretty impressive amount of shortcuts"...classic Good job by the homeowner for getting the second opinion...if you don't know, ask someone who does.
Before I developed epilepsy I used to inspect buildings. This is nothing new, or ground breaking. I've seen countless violations that you'd really have to try to fuck up. Reverse joist hangers, poor flashing jobs, cracked fittings exposed to the elements, etc. My personal favorite was a bucket in a house, that workers shit in.
I called these, Architect's wet-dreams. It really doesn't matter how retarded the design is, as a roofer, it's your responsibility to make it work. I shingled for a decade, I can honestly say that I can shingle anything on earth, no matter how retarded it is. That being said, the more retarded the roof, the more times I'm going to double my estimate.
Your wrong.... sssuurree with existing cladding it would be a nightmare, but if you flash it properly shouldnt be a problem.... mind you I don't like the type of shingles used either.
Yeah, I worked on a house once where three different roof sections came together and basically formed a triangular well. There was a drain at the bottom, but of course it was pretty much always clogged with leaves and debris. When we first looked at it there was 8" of standing water in there just waiting to find its way in - imagine what happened during a freeze/thaw cycle.
Most architects have never been on a roof. They sit in posh air conditioned offices and play with a computer and design silly shit that is pleasing to the eye and isn't remotely functional. My local community college was designed by Arizona architects and couldn't stand the first snow then rain cycle of a midwestern spring. There were no eaves or overhangs of any kind and the water ran off the roof, down the walls and thru the backsides of the windows and onto the floors. The band aid was to install hundred of thousands of dollars worth of gutters.
I think it just originally looked good from far away mostly because it was far away and those were some pretty decent quality shingles. But you can really see a bad roof up close.

Problem is most "Roof inspectors" don't know any more about roofs than your average "House Inspector." I hired a "Roof Inspector" with a certification and he missed EVERYTHING. Cost me $150 and after he took my money he didn't even give me a written report. No report at all.
Might have been the same roofers that did my grandparents house. Granted it was 10 years ago, it was a bad job that allowed leaks at all entry points on roof: chimney, stack, vents, and even some nail holes. It also took a long time for us to find out about the leaks in the attic because the insulation was catching it all. Of course by that time, the roofing company had gone bankrupt. Also because the roofers didn't allow for the proper amount of over hang, rain water wicked in under the roofing and rain down inside walls. This was all unknowingly to us until years later when we ended up with termites in the walls due to all the moisture. I'm now getting ready to have the roof redone. I've done a lot of research and got recommendations. While it's a $7000 job, small in comparison to this video, it crunched our savings, I'm going to look into a roofing inspector as well, it's our home.
I don't even do roofing at all. Never have even worked any form of construction job in my life. But at the start I just said to myself "I don't think it's supposed to look like that".
I've been a roofer for 16 years now here in Middle TN and I usually get the call to come in and fix another companies mistakes from real bad workmanship, and alot of them are from the bigger companies hiring bad worker and not training them properly, but that roof you walked was absolutely horrible!!
@@ericpeterman9332 my 35×15 porch is low pitch and they advised me to use shingles. I was wondering if I coated roof with the rubber of tar products would that stop the leaking where water pools up. Thanks
@@cjdunn5113 since your porch roof is a low slope they should have told you to use either metal roof or EPDM or Tpo. Depending how low of a slope it is if they would have used ice+water underlayment and ran your shingle courses may 1 inch shorter you would have never had any leaking starting. I wouldn't recommend putting any silicone roof coating on the leaking areas, but using tar on those spots might help for a little bit, but with still end up leaking again as soon as it expands and contracts by fall or winter. If you do decide to use tar make sure you use the fiber mesh with the tar and do a couple coats. I know you're wanting to save on spending anymore labor cost since you've already spent a good amount on your roof, but if you're anywhere near the Rutherford county area I'd have no problem stoping by and taking a look at it for you if you're not able to stop the leaks.

Hell of a good service you guys provide. Definitely worth the money, I hope there's someone locally for me should I need my roof redone. Roofing is one of those things where anyone can do a small, simple project, but you need an expert to deal with the complex stuff, or the large projects. The homeowner wisely called in apparent experts.. it's just that the 'experts' sucked ass and did not live up to the reputation preceding them.

We had someone recommend to us replacing our tile roof with asphalt shingle. Yeah sure! Let me take off my 100-year roof for a 20-year roof. That makes a lot of sense...
Yeah, I was wondering about that part of the story.
Depends on how many years and what current condition your "100 year" tile roof is in. There are plenty of benefits to a cheaper 20 year single roof, especially in areas of Cali that rarely ever get rain.
california gets a lot of sun and that takes a toll on shingles, plus they get real hot and heat up your house.

I had someone out to do new gutters, they recommended I get a new roof because it is showing some age. It still looks the same as when it was put on. They even took there time to come up with a price, even wanting an extra grand for disposal of the old.

Wow, that gets so heavy!
Oh hell. As someone typically put on the tear off/clean up side of the job, I could feel the kind of growing dread I would experience when I learned there were 8 times as much material to clear, and much of it is rotted to hell and back.
That's crazy! The most I've ever worked on was 4 layers of shingles on top of a layer of wooden shakes.
How in God's green goodness did those trusses survive 8 layers of shingle. How many layers of shakes?
Good luck, I'm behind seven shingles

I'm a single woman with a house.
Cheers!

And find out what the f*** is under the shingles in that one area. Is horrible work. Horrible roof/framing layout. Good roofing company could fix it in a day.
Not sure why TH-cam has decided to show me this today.
I have no idea, lol.

YT decides nothing. YOU pulled this up.
Why did you pull up this video?
Love that you are doing an awesome honest job man! We need more people like you in this business! Just got my roof done and I know nothing about roofs and I already have similar defects!.
Oh man, find a good local roofer and get it checked out.
Pls show us a video of your crews work. This is so sad, and the poor home owner probably saved up for this crap work.
Click on my user name "West Coast Roofer". We have about 40 videos up. We specialize in roof leak detection and roof repairs only. We are a roof repair only company.
I doubt the home owner had to save for this. They live in Coto de Casa in OC that's where the Real Housewives of OC are from. Still sucks though.
If you spend $20,000 on your roof there's no way in hell you had to save it up
Bert Paulson Lol I guess I'm poorer than I thought xD
When i was a contractor, 90% of my tear off and re roofs that had sheathing damage, was improper shingle or flashing from the first installation.
I get that this is a shitty job, but what a shitty job from the architect to design such a messy roof too.
I work in window cleaning, now look at the window placement in some of these 'artsy' designs lol.
Agreed! But, a decent contractor should be able to work around this.
I thought there was tile on this previously? It looks like 3 layers of shingle on some parts....
A roofer who knows what he's doing should be able to shingle any roof. Sure, some will be challenging, but none are impossible
yes. This triggers my fear of heights, because it makes me think "oh crap, we are going to have to get up and down this bullshit"
That's why I never use online reviews for a decison, anyone can create a fake account within seconds and post a great review and do it over and over. I trust and rely on word of mouth and will go the extra mile as to have them show me finished work on similar homes.
$20g sounds like a bargain for that massive roof. (plus a tile tear off)
OMG! Horrible! SO important to have your roof installation inspected before you pay out! ALWAYS use a roofer with YEARS of experience, great referrals and customer feedback. Great video!
The owner should sue the roofing company!!
Man i would put those roofers out of business. And the owner is a 100 percent responsible for his employees workmanship. This should never happen.
It don’t look to bad from the ground. 😂
Looks great from the roofers house!
The tar paper was probably put on vertically too.
..."a pretty impressive amount of shortcuts"...classic Good job by the homeowner for getting the second opinion...if you don't know, ask someone who does.
Just... Just don't fall okay?
I wont, thank you Good Deeds!
He fell
West Coast Roofer - Roofing and Roof Repair I fell one my boss said I bounced when I hit the ground frachered my pelvis
I actually had surgery to legally become a roof - and even I can tell this is not a real roof job.
Eric Cartman right on I had the same surgery! I just hope people respect our pronouns
jpsphilsin what would a roof pronouns be?..
I am unsure what to name this zoof, zayfe and we

@@SeaSkyCity IT'S WROWWNG!!
A lifetime spent building/repairing homes and I don't think I could find all the flaws in one walk around of that job.
i have been studying roofing for 7 minutes and 10 seconds now and this might be the worst roof job i have ever seen.
Actual guy that did the job watching this video “hmm this looks familiar “ 🤔
Before I developed epilepsy I used to inspect buildings. This is nothing new, or ground breaking. I've seen countless violations that you'd really have to try to fuck up. Reverse joist hangers, poor flashing jobs, cracked fittings exposed to the elements, etc. My personal favorite was a bucket in a house, that workers shit in.
Holo Teh Wize wulf They left a shit filled bucket in the house?!
This was called because the homeowner suspected it was hot garbage and it clearly is
That roof is horrific just from an architectural standpoint. Prone to leaks even if the job was done right.
@@trueRocc You're * --Grammar Nazi
The band aid was to install hundred of thousands of dollars worth of gutters.
me: Hey that looks pretty good
West coast roofer: That is really really bad
me: that is pretty bad
You can't do much worse without trying
I think it just originally looked good from far away mostly because it was far away and those were some pretty decent quality shingles. But you can really see a bad roof up close.
Hahahaha same here.
arthur yes from distance then you get up close see not a mess but did wrong as explain in this vid
Holy crap bad.
b-but proto!
why do i find you in every vid I watch?
Hold up, Proto???

Why hello there sir, I must ask thee of a question that we, us human beings, inquire. This inquiry is a common one, with what one would call a fan base, or, the group of humans that like your content in particular, this question is exceptionally intruiging, well, it isn't much of an inquiry, more like the start of one. We ask, but, why, human being that associates himself with two famous video game characters, Mario, and Protoman, from Super Mario Bros. and Mega Man, respectively.
Everyone needs to have someone come behind like this and inspect ANY and ALL contract work!
Name the roofer who did this as a Public Service Announcement.
Those roofers should be on hail for stuped
The problem is that the name they go by now, won't be their name tomorrow.

Low Ball Construction
@@SouthCountyRoofing You sure it's not, "No Balls Construction?"
I live in middle tn and I'm 1 of those people that just got screwed on a roof
@@cjdunn5113 sorry you had to go through that with your roof. It's really hard now days to trust anyone who say they know what there doing
@@ericpeterman9332 wow I actually live in Rockvale Eagleville area. Yeah they roofed whole house but the porch is the problem. The use ice and water but it just seems to be slightly ponding in some areas and running behind shingles. Thanks for your advice brother
Bro, you did a great job with the inspection. I'm so scared of heights.
The quality of this work reminds me an awful lot of the guy my dad kept hiring for all of his projects. He hired people for his work crew that had zero experience, and it was blazingly apparent in everything they touched.
Hell of a good service you guys provide. Definitely worth the money, I hope there's someone locally for me should I need my roof redone. That said, it's a shame that you have to do what you do - and the people responsible knew what they were doing if they deliberately neglected parts of the roof the homeowner wouldn't be able to see from the ground. Shameful. Among other things it's such a sad waste of material.
Worked for my brother building houses during the 70's-80's and we witnessed plenty of shoddy work from our fellow contractors. Can only imagine with the quality of work and work ethic going down all the time what it would be like to purchase a new house now-a-days?
I can't imagine the owners face when he given the inspection results
Sloppy work, such as in the video can be fatal to your local firefighters. Good spotting.
I agree! You guys have to get up on these while they are on fire! That takes balls.
My gut is tossing watching you pan around with that camera. I'm so scared of heights lmao bless y'all stay safe .
