Next time you should consider renting some kind of conveyor belt that you could drive down into the basement so that they wouldn't have to throw the shovel so high out of the window. let machines do the heavy lifting not humans. just an advice

That 4” hose is a pain in the ass. You can order small line mix and use a smaller hose. Usually 2.5”. Way way easier to wrangle
