The ''All The Breaks'' samples seems not up anymore, I am sorry about that, when I recorded the video few weeks ago, the link was still up... I also myself cannot upload it as i just realized now that it's apparently from a CD Sample from 2005 and don't have the right/copyright on those samples therefore cannot upload it... It's a bummer because you cannot even buy them if you wanted...
So far the best alternatives I found is this website where it seems to have similar breaks but you have to dl individually :you can find similar and more here : rhythm-lab.com/breakbeats/
Despite link to "All the breaks" doesnt work, the tut is still handy. You can rip the break from any other song and use it, you don't really need that loop library.
yeah of course, plus the idea was also to guide people to what kind of loop/track to look for to sample and where to search to get that type of sounds. I am pretty sure the link to dl will be back soon or someone else will upload it
Finally some sampling tutorials! Just today I downloaded a lot from Zero-G 90s stuff. As for the link, it must be “available” somewhere else, just gotta keep digging 🏴☠️🙃
Man, I have that same "All The Breaks" collection, but mine is just the CD tracks, not broken up and labelled all nice like yours :) I need to get mine on that level.
Ok interesting, very weird sample pack, I dont remember where I got mine from tbh, probably the Reddit thread, hopefully it get upload again there soon
Great vid! Really appreciate all the work you put into your YT channel. Maybe it is time to do a new studio gear tour, you have a fascinating set of gear in the mean time. Congrats!
1 gated reverb kick with just the lows coming through 2 randomized 16th short staccato synth notes, put through a ring modulator repeating over 2 kickdrums 3 entire mix buss through hard compressor job done. 😆I half-joke of course. It's a pretty easy genre if you know your DAW well. you don't need to buy sample packs really
I feel it's easy to get a decent 8 bar loop, but then to make a full track out of it it's another story because you don't have much element and it can get pretty boring pretty fast
how i do the warping sample-things with a third party plugins or even with stock plugins in fl studio? btw amazing tutorial with super creative sampling. love the idea!
I was looking for another link and realised that actually this link was illegal, I think it's from a cd sampler from 2005... I don't want to share it without the owner permission otherwise i might get in trouble...
@@audioreakt yeah with tonal stuff it keeps the original tonation. When it's beats related it's better to stay on beats only. But, when you do that make sure to tick the little thing below in the drop down list. The one that makes the transients tight.
Can someone tell me what the yellow box around the clips is, I am a beginner and out of my depth but ALSO every sample I warp is at different bpms sooooo dunno if anyone has a clue?? would appreciate it xx
not sure what you are talking about, some yellow stuff are marker that allow you to stretch the sample, best is to refer to manual to understand better.
i know, just realised now, it worked when recorded the video few weeks ago, on the reddit thread a guy said he download it like 2 month ago. it just seems the owner put the file in his drive bin...
I just saw, that's crazy, I tried the link again like a month ago when I recorded the video and it was working, on the reddit page a guy download it 2 month ago... will see if i can find another link
@@audioreakt I wish i realized earlier that ableton's workflow is so much better compared to FL, but maybe it's a gift and a curse because i have to find my own way of implementing this stuff to my projects
@@P.r.i.m.o well if you have the chance to try both try them both and do not hesitate to switch if you find one better than another...this is very personnal, I know that I can't make a track in logic where a lot pof people can and have fun with...
ah just checked the video, it could be done that way but certainly is not from scratch, I am doing then with single shoots of synthetik drums I make from functions. Basically is not the single shots but the wet ambience you create around them and they wishy washy movement of filters. Good try tho, making them from old average music, but they need more bite and programming them from zero, that can be achieved.

sneaky drive link for 'samples' no breaks mentioned

thanks, happy to hear that haha!
@@audioreakt indeed LoL- It opens up a whole new library of sounds I can use 😊
Excellent, very inspiring. The Drum Buss and the Vocoder are also good ways to further shape those individual loops.
yes indeed, let alone roar too which is mental...

The 2nd link you posted has plenty of awesome breaks :-) So bad there aren't any "bass" in these :-(

I can not find the Rbass Style .adv in Ableton. Im looking under Corpus but it's not there. Where would I get it?

I’m lucky enough to have all the breaks from years ago
same here
Ben Sims must be proud of this tutorial 😉

Do you have the possibility to make a Google Drive and share "All the Breaks"?
I was looking for another link and realised that actually this link was illegal, I think it's from a cd sampler from 2005... I don't want to share it without the owner permission otherwise i might get in trouble...
Very nice video. Uuuh in the intro, regarding the bass. Isn't it better to put it on "tone" or "complex" "complex pro"? Just asking 😅
I have no idea tbh, I rarely use the sampling mode, I didn't even think about tbh... worth trying anyway
