That boiler is not watertight and under the floor it takes all the weather and where it sucks the air which will then be heated it has no filter for which dirt will enter. Some boilers will not last long, they have also been mounted in a poor way with regard to the fuel pipes and the flue gas discharge. It is the worst installation that could be done.
You select temperature you want and controler will launch additional pump and heater if not warm enough. Height kit is more for people who sleep over 2000m in winter with minus temperature, Eberspacher say over 1500m but they are pessimist... Separate sensor could be usefull when you sleep in top bed with elevating roof to get exact temperature you want, but you can really make it without, heater is really ready to work well as it is in most conditions.
Hi thanks for your reply, sorry but I understand your sytem not quite with the 2 pumps. Is it the same as the altitude kit? It ensures that more diesel is pumped using the barometric pressure. More height meters equal more diesel? The temperature sensor is only good if you sucked the air from the outside but with you sucks it from the inside. Is better, if the heating does not have to heat up very cold air !?
Hello, outside is better as you won't have noise Inside and this Eberspacher heater is done to be fitted outside or Inside. So no reason to loose space inside. For a gas heater as Propex we sell, it could be interesting tu fit it inside for anybody who sleep under -10°C to avoid gas freeze, but with petrol I don't see any reason... Hope this help.
@@alainvieux-melchior8864 wet weather, cold weather will reduce the life of that heater massively! Keep the heater on the inside always if you want it to last!
Avec les éclaboussures de la route , ça ne va pas durer longtemps cette installation. Et après on dira que c’est du matériel de merde !! Totalement zéro cette vidéo. Tiens, je la quitte avant la fin ....
5:55.. that suck the filter tank too... diesel is a big problem doing that.

Rimane impermeabile?
O di provvede ad una protezione anti acqua?
Times a usable video. Is the switch to select the pumps?
Did you install the eberspächer height kit? Have you connected a seperate temperature sensor?

I suggest you to prouve what you think. You can protect and isolate it and propose some modification...
Massive FAIL by mounting it outside the vehicle!
