Doug takes Dagan through his signal chain and shows just what he uses to get his signature sound, wether it be with The Dead Daisies, Whitesnake or Dio, Doug has always had a HUGE tone, and that's thanks to his Gibson Les Paul Goldtops, 1959 ReIssues & Customs, Vintage late 70's Marshall JMP's, and some special little tweaks and modifications by a certain John Suhr!

Love the t-shirt Motorhead forever when I seen Doug live it was with Dio they were supporting Iron Maiden , with Motorhead as the openeing band in Toronto, he's fantastic guitar player , great interview !!

I've always thought that black 1973 Gibson Les Paul Custom was his best sounding guitar since I had the The Live in the Still of the Night DVD when they open with "Burn." Glad to see he thinks the same, haha. Love that guitar.

An LP thru a Marshall or High gain type amp is just hard to beat.. Doug has that bluesy thing I just love like John Sykes, etc.. Just killer player.. Again, thanks for this.. You brought value to my life and thank you for that man!

Got to see the dead daisies a few years ago brought my 83 Les Paul and got Doug Aldrich ta sign it shot a few coats of clear over it an play it out as much as possible ! He asked me are you sure you want me to sign over this guitar? I said hell yeah you're a rock God haha..
