@@mikemcdonald5147 yes the act clamp I just came across scanning through mounts on Amazon one day and figured I’d give it a try. It worked great once I drilled it and put a threaded insert in it.
If there are Thunder storms with high winds and lightning, I just go out and drop the mast down and retract the whips and it is exposed to the. elements, wind, rain etc. I also disconnect my antenna input to my radio and power sources. yeah very big difference between the sizes. You don't realize looking at the ham radio outlet or dx engineering magazines how much difference until you see them side by side in a video like yours.

Really nice setup using the atv clamp to the flagpole and chameleon antenna. Very clean and neat.
