- The Dubai Mall is a shopping mall in Dubai. It is the largest mall in the world by total land area, and the 26th-largest shopping mall in the world by gross leasable area, tying with West Edmonton Mall and Fashion Island -both of which are older than it. It has a total retail floor area of 502,000 square metres.

I was blown away when I visited in 2019. Glad I did before the Pandemic. I think it is 1200 stores, plus an Aquarium and an ice skating rink. The Burj Khalifa, the tallest bldg. In the world is also there. It is out of this world.
That waterfall of people diving has a terrible resemblance to people jumping out the windows of the twin towers on September 11th 2001

Excellent footage, it remembers me when I went to Dubai back in March-April 2022 for the Dubai World Expo. Came several times to Dubai Mall, got lost several times too. Funny to see that not alot of people are carrying shopping bags...because it is quite expensive there, compared to the same brands present in Europe. But the food is amazing. Never eat something bad in Dubai. I am going back, that is for sure. Burj Al Kalifa was a rip off though, not worth the money, I went to the very top for 135 EUR pp and was disappointed with the views there. Emirati are very reserved but when you get one to talk with you, they are very kind, humble and wanna make lots of fun. My hotel was not very far from the mall (Business Bay Area). Miss Dubai...

The tour was really fantastic With Captain Dunes, from the time we set out from the hotel to the end of the tour. The guide gave us a great deal of information about everything we saw, and was also willing to indulge our questions as much as possible. Throughout the tour, the bus stopped at a few places where we could get refreshments. After having a wonderful day on the tour, we had a lovely dinner at the hotel.
What a huge and beautiful mall. Dubai mall is one of the top leisure and recreation spots in the world. Nice sharing.

We should annex them and incorporate them into statehood as citizens of the United States.
To walk from one end to another end is more than 2 km inside Dubai Mall when I went there. It is like whole world in one place. Really very beautiful.

I work in Dubai and I visit Dubai mall time to time , it's truly big but I haven't knew that it is the biggest one in the world , and now yes , when I go to other malls I will feel it's so narrow and small .

I was just @ that mall last night while visiting Dubai. All the stores are very pricey!!! We enjoyed a nice dinner @ A restaurant with in the mall. I only purchase one silk 🧣 from A store; but still had A good time; Food is delicious with several options to try. Definitely have to remind yourself to live within your means while @ this mall😆. & I Agree; if you have $$$$ to spend; this is retail therapy paradise🤑🤑!!!

The Local Dubai emirat wear a Thobe ,kandura , burka,hijab,and abaya i really love them and respect them they are owner of this city
Thanks, I was wondering what the clothes are called, Burka and Hijab I had heard of but thobe, Kandura and abaaya, no. Thobe and Kandura are the white man's garments. (Such good looking men!) Abaya is just modest, long, woman's dress. Thank you from Australia. I learnt something today.

Back in the 80s Del Amo Mall in the Los Angeles area was the THING. It's a different time now.
In Texas we have the Galleria mall but it still looks pretty minuscule compared to Dubai Mall!
I see both the Mall of America and Dubai mall and there nothing alike this mall is way too big
@@andrewoakes8977 i went to the west many times as a gulfie kid and was amazed with how small and un-Aced the malls are. Even in summer there was no AC. People here go to malls to ascape the heat which is the weather most of year. I grew up around those malls and can never see my country without them. Their such a great escape for us, even water parks and ice parks.
I hate this mall so much :) Last week I got lost and couldn't find the way out for almost a hour! :D
