Disclaimer: I am not a professional in electronic repairs (You probably guessed that), I'm a mechanic by trade who has had a titful of cars but has a keen interest in electronics and fixing broken everyday items.

White-ish selotapes on the batteries, I believe you can pull the batteries out using these.. Correct me if I am wrong.
Brave tho.. real brave.
Bring back user serviceable batteries.
Got to be honest I bought my S22 after having a long history with the Galaxies (HTC before them), and it's the last one I'll get. Screen scratches so easy and battery has gone to shite.
Bit of IPA under there next time to help loosen the glue mate.
Hi Ade, not sure that heating the battery was the best idea!! A little IPA goes a long way to releasing batteries.🙂

@@FixitAde I was cringing when you were heating up that lithium battery. Plus, it was still connected. However, I like the authenticity of your videos. You are learning as you go along. All good. I also appreciate that you don't cut these mistakes out. This is how everyone learns. Btw, you should have removed existing glue with IPA prior to applying new glue. Love seeing how new people learn.
A bit if info on the new battery would be nice. Where you bought it, how much you paid and do you expect it be as good as the original. Good video. I have the same phone but battery is still good.
