Thanks for your beautiful video and message. Years ago I spent a year living on a farm and the shepherd gave me an orphaned lamb to feed and take care of. I loved her and named her Floss. She was with me for a couple of months. She and a baby goat and my dog and two cats would walk on the farm together every day. We were quite an entourage . Then the farmer took Floss and the goat away and put them with their flocks. About 8 months later I was walking my dog, and the two cats on the farm and there was a flock of sheep a whole paddock away on a slopping hill. They were all grazing except for one sheep which had her head up and she kept staring at me . “Is that you Floss “? I called out …well she suddenly ran down the hill towards me bleating loudly and tried to get through the fence to get at me. Needless to say I let her out, and she followed me back home . This was months afterwards that I hadn’t seen her and she knew me from a large distance away . I was able to enjoy her for a few days before the farmer took her off me again.
Sheep are not stupid they know their masters !
