Hitman 2 - Elusive Target #1 - The Undying - Dialogue

- Starting with the mission briefing, this video is a compilation of clips capturing as much dialogue as I could find during the first elusive target contract for Hitman 2, The Undying, set in Miami and starring the brilliant Sean Bean. I added a montage of kills at the end of the video. Enjoy!
Diana: This one is a bit of an embarrassment
47: Dresses up as a clown
Just add some balloons to the event and Clown 47 doesnt look out of place anymore
I love how the other body guard had his homie back 😂 “ he gave you an order buddy”!
I love it too. I'm currently capturing footage for The Stowaway and I'm probably going to include a similar scene.
15:34 He mentions ICA agents Davenport and Swan, which are both killed by 47 in Berlin, nice easter egg !
He even mentions that one of them uses a bow, which is referenced again in Berlin.
Lol the other assassin trying to kill zhukov was hired by him
U can also kill swan by poisoning his drink at the juice bar in Berlin haha
@Deangelo Eckl You're right, I don't give a damn :)
It not confirmed maybe the cannonically survived and only Montgomery rhodes price and chamBerlin died for example
A conversation between 47, Diana, Lucas, Faba and the Constant in one room would be a dream come true. Their voices are incredible and very soothing. ❤️🖤👌
There is a video (I don't remember the link or name sorry) that has an interveiw with all of them expect Faba.
47's voice is so soothing i'm 🏃♀️
Diana of Blood Money was the best
Faba is incredible because it's the calm and collected voice of Sean Bean.
My favorite voice in the whole series is the morgue doctor in hokkaido with the brain chip
"Where do you think you're going?"
"I'm a clown.... i'm here to clown around."
I came here to honk my nose and make balloon animals... and I'm all out of balloon animals.
Pretty sure his identity as ‘the Undying’ is a dig at Sean Bean’s tendency to die in any media he shows up in lol
I learned that from OutsideXbox when they did this mission and the episode when he returned
Omg u so smart! what do you do to be so smart? /s
@@genesis_bustamante imagine being so pathetic to lord your knowledge of minuscule trivia about an actor. Guess what redditard, not everyone cares so how would anybody just know off hand?
@@fantasticmrmonk I don't understand, are you on my side?
Neat thing I didn’t know. Not sure what’s up with these cvnts in the comments tho
13:57 "they fell for the exploding fire extinguisher"
I bet that a lot of veteran Hitman players got a deja vu moment after hearing this..
Yup. Shoot a fire extinguisher and it will blow up knocking out the person close to it.
Faba: What? My custom made nano-fiber fountain pen built to be the exact replica of the target's doesn't have an unrealistically potent explosive element? What the fuck is this shit supposed to be?
47: Diana, give me my favourite gun, a lockpick and whatever's in your pocket
23:20 47 Loves His Wire
it became personal there
. that guy was dead since that point.
Nobody messes with 47's wire!
I came to see if someone commented on this lol, 47 sounded and looked personally offended by that remark 😂
I love how Faba is talking about how all of the ICA agents have failed, and they’re bound to send him.... and 47 is casually walking behind him listening in. 15:47
15 : *47*
Mark Faba:Proceds to insult agent 47 telling him that he would survive a knife to the head.
Agent 47: The lion, the witch and the audacity of this bitch
16:00
He knows 47 is out there, but doesn't know he actually exsist.
24:19 This is why he always seems to survive when he is killed... because he has a body double and loads of them!!
I did not know that. That is smart!
7:20 Also foreshadows the reveal pretty heavily.
Or they just clone Sean Bean a bunch of times, since the old Brit can't stop dying in everything.

Would be even funnier if he said "what's next? Fiber wire?" and then got garroted by fiber wire.
Sean Bean will rise again
Groundhog Day. 😉
Good lord, Sean Bean is indeed a great actor! Thanks for recording this, Euler!
Btw, IoI has said that all three "undying" special items, the flash grenade robot, the fiber wire earphones, and the explosive pen, are all presented in this particular mission. But I have only seen the pen on the desk, so did you find the other two?
You're welcome. The earbuds can be found on the left had side of the exhibition hall, behind the partition walls, on a desk. The flash-bang robot is on a desk in the room where you find the fuel booster in the main mission. There are two engineers in the room talking and the marshalling station (where you can disqualify the drivers) is just outside. It's on the desk in the far corner on the lower level.
@@Euler13 Ah, Thanks for the info! Despite I did vote for the pen when the poll started, and I got it after the mission. Still, it would be nice if we can unlock them all. :D
Yeah, brah. The dialogue returns! Bet we aren't missing any target stories this time.
Also, I hope the rest of the ETs will let us choose starting points again. And won't have briefings that hold your hand again.
I suspect that this first one was designed this way to allow players new to the game to have a memorable and enjoyable first elusive target experience.

*bollocks*
amazing work! the dialogue in hitman is my favorite part of the game, aside from the overall story
Very well put together. Thank you
You're welcome. Glad you enjoyed it.
I could watch these all day 🔥🔥
That's very kind of you to say and I'm glad you've been enjoying them. They take hours to do, but it's a labour of love.
Sean Bean did an excellent job here.
Wonderful, love seeing the performance of the great Sean Bean. However, isn't there any direct confrontation with 47? I mean, dialogues if 47 reveals himself to him and have him at gunpoint? I think the dialogues of an epic assassin to another epic assassin would be quite dramatic, especially if Faba's calling the ICA and 47 out.
Yes, Sean Bean was amazing. With the ET was released midweek - terrible idea for those of us who work - I've been working on a tight schedule to get this out. It would have been great if there was some specific dialogue with a direct confrontation, but I rather hope there wasn't because I completely forgot to check that out! :(
I'll have to check now...
... Phew! Nothing special. I had him completely isolated and he doesn't respond to you in the suit. When I aimed a gun at him he went into Target Lockdown and a default voice said something like, "I'm under pressure here I need help!", before running off to the nearest guards.
@@Euler13 well, that was... anti-climatic. I was expecting him either taunting 47 or cowering in fear or something more epic, considering how bold he was in the trailers and in the dialogue (saying he's expecting the ICA sends HIM). Can't believe an ex-Tamil Tiger one armed bandit had more balls in taunting 47 than the legendary Mark Faba. :-/
Thank you beary much for another delivery of these vids 🐻💙. More than a year without them!
Thank you Euler13!! Great effort and nice ET also
You're welcome. Absolutely, this was an incredibly well done ET.
I realize that Sean Bean has always been my mortal enemy. I threw him off the Severnaya array when I was 7 years old back in the 90's. It's all led up to this.
I mean ioi interactive had developing james bond game
So....
If it turns out he's not the real Faba and the real Faba is someone near by like a following guard with their mouth shut and face covered via face mask or something
It would be genius
23:20 he just made it personal
Didn't realize Sean Bean made an appearance in the 47 games, now I realize why they went with "the Undying" as the target name; pretty funny.
26:09 no one is a better assasin than 47, this guy just get what he wanted and he didn't survived it. Killing cocky people in this game makes it more enjoyable lol

Please do more dialogue concepts ❤️ you got me hooked
In case you were unaware, I did dialogue videos for most of the elusive targets in Hitman 2016 and all of the new ones in Hitman 2. Because I didn't start doing them in H2016 until The Angel of Death, I tried to catch up with the missing ones in Hitman 2. However, I skipped a couple of the rubbish/broken ones. I just realised that the targets voice is the same as the one who does the intro of Civilisation 6
Just went for a naked run (No Loadouts, SO)
Got a Body Found (my fault, pacified two extra people and did not have enough room to hide the body, got found)
Lost the Never Spotted due to stupid AI glitching. Pushing Faba off the balcony = in combat wtf.
But I've more or less proven that one could theoretically get a SASO w/o any Loadout
My run:
Pacified the dude in the coat check room, grabbed his keycard and stashed his body (can be replaced by sneaking round the aquarium)
Grabbed the 3 coins and soda can behind the exhibition wall
Sneak under the camera and dart upstairs into the stairwell (grabbing the robotic arm on the way.
Used coins to lure the first guard that overlooks the stairs and pacified him; hid his body in the closet, grabbed his gun and shot out the camera (didn't and shouldn't get spotted here)
Used the gun to lure the other guard on the balcony into the stairwell and pacified him, hiding him in the crate upstairs (on my final run some other guard in the room reacted first, but it shouldnt be so)
Knocked out the mechanic that walks around the balcony with the soda can and hid his body in the crate.
Shouldn't have went to KO the other guards in the room, but I wasn't sure I could get Faba to react to my distraction otherwise.
Opened the door and threw the robotic arm into the railing, smashing the glass. This lured Faba out (I did it before he sat down in final run).
Ran behind him and pushed him (this sent me into combat, which I honestly doubt it should - help me out here, Euler)
The guards found my two unstashed bodies as I ran to the gate (past the busker).
It took around 15 minutes, but this was cos shooting out the camera with an unsilenced pistol panicked Faba. Else, it could have been done much faster.
Were there any other guards left in the briefing room or did you completely clear it of guards? If not, then something I discovered is that when Faba goes out onto the balcony it triggers the two guards who escort him - standing on guard duty outside the briefing room - to come through the briefing room to the balcony to see what Faba is up to. Originally I was going to do my Battle Axe kill on that balcony until I discovered that those guards come through real fast. So I imagine that one of them saw you through the door that hadn't properly closed, or had only just closed?
@@Euler13 There were no more guards in the briefing room. The combat status went away after the kill.
So it must have been the two guards on the corridor that escort him. As I mentioned, as soon as he goes onto the balcony they open the door and wander through. They may have spotted something through the door.

Faba mentions agents Davenport and Swan from Hitman 3!
Just found out the Mark has Gunpoint dialogue, and he's the only elusive target to have it. Do you think we could get it as a short in the future? I don't have the Undying pack right now and unless it goes on sale on the Ps store soon then I might never get it so I can't really view it. If you have the pack, could you make a short or a short video showing it?
Of course it’s Sean bean
Seems like an exhausting way to live.

Hope we get a round two against him.
In the pc version some guy hacked him into the contacts somehow. He should be there along with 3 other elusive targets.
Funny you mention that :D
I made the whole way and had to look up where the detonator was when it turned out I already had it and then I got in a shoot out and died sad for my first ET 😔
You think they would've sent 47 after the third death

those bushes would indeed break a lot of things... mr.... faba...
Also hilarious. The amount of VA and time spent writing dialogue for the slow patient time is wild. At some point I'd just run out of stuff, even though I'm sure they end up looping, that's more brain power used than I could.
And Sean Bean. Love it.
I get it! Faba is voiced by Sean Bean.
Sean Bean is a renowned British actor who's famous for having nearly all of his roles die in the movie/series (LotrR, GoT, Golden Eye).

Where can you find the files on Mark Faba to kill him with the robot ? I couldn't find them

23:20
Oh shit now he is dead
Is that a main mission or what i finished entire game but i didnt see that mission and "The Censor" mission
It was an 'Elusive Target' mission. Basically, it's only available for a limited amount of time, you can't save your game during the mission (similar to contract mode and escalations), and, after either completing the mission or if 47 fails the mission, the game will lock you out of retrying the mission. After starting the Elusive Target mission, you can restart the mission (if you make a mistake, or if you decide to pick a different starting location and/or loadout), as long as the target hasn't been eliminated (if the mission has more than one target, it'll apply when one has been eliminated: in other words; if, during 'The Procurers', 47 eliminates Jack Roe, but gets caught before he can eliminate Robert Burk, the player won't be able to restart), and none of the additional objectives (retrieving the diamonds in 'The Fixer', retrieving the guest list in 'The Entertainer', and retrieving the painting in 'The Collector') have been completed.
While the Elusive Target missions in 'HITMAN (2016)' were originally intended to be permanently lost after they expire, all of them (except 'The Wild Card' (likely because it featured Gary Busey, and the developers would need his permission before making the mission public again) and both 'The Congressman' and 'The Guru' (since it was combined into a single mission titled The Deceivers)) returned in 'HITMAN 2 (2018)', and, as of writing this, 5 of the Elusive Target missions have returned, though they have expired by now.
As of right now, 'The Procurers' is available until September 13, and 'The Food Critic' will be available from September 17 - 27. So far, there's no word on if 'The Undying'/'The Undying Returns' (which would require Sean Bean's permission) and/or 'The Censor' will return.

Multiple accounts. As long as I'm signed in, other family members can play on their accounts.
28:24 How about a magic trick?
Is it RNG that dictates if he has an eye bandage or not?
This target was run twice. The first time, no bandage. When they sort-of-reran it about a year later as "The Undying Returns" he had a bandage, suggesting that 47's first 'success' was a pen to the eye.
