Congratulations on your retirement. So sorry you were forced to leave the hospital. You were one of my caregivers at RVMC. I had part of my lung removed, due to lung cancer, in June of 2018. You were an inspiration to me when everything seemed to be dark and bleak. I am four years cancer free and still very active. Keep up the videos. Let us know when you bring your kite to the coast. We are in Brookings and would love to watch.
Congrats Jerry!...yes, I got ill last year & have never been released by doc to even go back to work...Enjoy your time off- it is rewarding as you know...ML to you & yours...🙏💜

I didn’t know that AO was used in Korea. I learned something. My Dad was a Vietnam Vet. AO took my Dads life. My prayers are with with you and for you and your family. Thank you for your service. 💕
Daddy had a lot of issues related to AO and I firmly believe the issues he had with cancer were related. Please follow through with your care with VA and be vigilant in all of your care.

Congratulations on your retirement! We're retired and love spending all our time on our five acre place. I went back and found the episode of Homestead Rescue that you were in... No wonder you looked familiar to me, since I'd watched that one awhile back, lol.
Congratulations. I too will be retiring next year. Maybe. It's a hard decision to make. But I too will always be doing something. Even if it's a part time at Home Depot or Lowes.
I quit working cleaning homes in 2018. Though I love the time I have, I've slowed way down, there's not nearly as much to do. Things have changed, and I've gained weight and lost a ton of energy and stamina. Though it was my idea to retire, working is much, much better for you. You have to be somewhere all the time, and it automatically keeps you busy. My time now is spent more with my husband and much less productivity. I wouldn't want to go back to work considering I don't understand technology, computers, and my brain just does not retain like it did.
My farm keeps me really active. I lost eighty pounds in the past two years and began modeling and acted in two movies getting ready for a third one soon. Who knew?
@@elizabethjohnson475 I know I'll stay busy. I got so many projects that I wish I could work on them full time. One day. But I know what you mean about being on a schedule. That's what work does for you, plus puts you around people.
Happy "retirement"! LOL! You'll truly be one of those people who are busier when they "retire"! Listening to your stories is so inspiring! You're the living example of how manifestation works, and how easier life can be when you live in gratitude, kindness, and going with the flow (when one door closes, another one opens). You said in a video years ago that you took some workshops as you were coming out of homelessness. What were they about, and did they influence your mindset going forward? It's great advice you keep giving when you suggest to folks to ask for help from others because...if you don't ask, you don't get! I also believe that the Universe is listening, but you have to ask for what you want! I love your beautiful channel! Many blessings on your new adventures! 🙏🥳
Thank you so much. Your very kind. The workshops I took were provided by The Oregon Department of Vocational Rehabilitation in learning techniques to rise above the challenges of a disability, and the Oregon Job Council of which I took computer courses like MS Word, Excel Etc. My take away from these workshops helped me formulate my master plan "Focus on my ABILITIES not my Disabilities".

Amazing how vaccines are mandated even though what we have now is a cold - omicron. Seems the goal is not stopping a flu, but ppl taking the shot. Hope all the best for you and your family. God bless
You might want to consider growing "duck weed" for chicken feed. It is 40% protein, and loaded with other vitamins and minerals. It doubles it's size in a couple of days and is simple to grow. You would also be able to feed fish with it, but don't grow it in the end pond where you farm fish.
Good luck in your retirement. I too, have some difficulties with certain foods and the inflammation they cause. I recently started a carnivore diet and I feel so much better. You may want to check it out. Take care!🙂
