Believe it or not your video did help I bought a similar set of bulbs and of course it didn't come with instructions and you're literally the only person on TH-cam that I found that explained how to get that twist lock off lol I just assumed the bulbs didn't fit.

There's an easier way to get to the bulbs. On your truck I was able to that you only have to remove 2 metal clips that holds the headlight lens. No tool required.
So you did not need to remove the reservoir.
If you're not really too sure how to remove a headlight lens in the future. Search with the year make and model of your vehicle on TH-cam with replacing headlights. And you will find a TH-cam video on it.
I just bought the cheapest LED light bulbs on eBay also. They look exactly like those bulbs but in a different packaging. And I had them in my car for 2 weeks and they both went out. I don't recommend buying cheap LED light bulbs.

Hope you're NOT driving about with these. They have a horrendous beam pattern and the light output is poor as well as soon as you get 2metres beyond the car. They look good but perform really bad. I have a set in a Yaris with a projector housing and that should give it a decent beam pattern but the LEDS manage to mess that up as well.
I agree, they do suck, but, im eventually getting lightning style headlights, and will probably stick with the Sylvanias.

You can see 6 other albums there on the page (right above the 13 dollars/) Tek Syndicate is a youtube channel about computer stuff, and they used to be really big and had a live show that would rival Linus Tech Tips at the time.. The two guys fought over money and split, and now that tech channel is like a ghost channel compared to what it was.... he always played his own music in the intros and outros, and during ad reads, etc.. There's some interesting music in there

I've actually had fantastic results with Sealight brand LED lights. They are a few bucks more, but well worth it! Sealight brand have a canbus included, no flicker. And they are so bright, people flash thier high beams at me thinking my Highs are on. They are 200-400% brighter than halogen stock incandescent bulbs

As much as I could, also dont buy smoked headlight housings, smoked kinda sucks

Not sayin they will blind to others. But in this case, this type of led bulbs u will blind others.
Those large led chips that’s a COB and they are not made for headlights. And 3-4 sided LED’s will not worked at all.
U need to get a 2 sided led bulbs with a very small and a narrow led chips to match the filament.
Try from lasfit, auxito, auxbeam, Fahren. Those types of reputable brands have a smart design and well made led performance bulbs that has 2 sided.
I highly recommend lasfit and auxito. Any of those will perform way better than what u have.
Always stay away that had a 3-4 sided or a 360 type led bulbs.
It will never work. Always use a thin body with 2 sided led bulbs. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Yeah, they suck. I went back to halogen. Easier to spot deer 🦌

But if u get the right type of led bulbs u will spot them ahead of it.
I don’t feel safe on halogens at all.
Except the sylvania - silverstar ultra. Those are my more or less option.
Because for a high performance halognen bulbs that are 27% brighter and 16% whiter than stock. It’s worth an upgrade, if u want something a decent punch for a halogen bulb, and a lifespan for 1.5 years.
