I heard a rumor that slightly changing the pitch of the audio by a couple cents, and speed of the video might work. Don't know if it's true or if it was true years back.
The word “asobi” (play), as you saw from this episode (and in a previous episode when the teacher misunderstood the nature of their club), can also mean “play around with men.” The 4 lords reference is a frequently used anime trope, usually referring to things like “4 Demon Lords.” To tell the truth, when I first watched this series, I was still ambivalent as the art style kind of bothered me. But this episode was so crazy and hilarious, I had tears in my eyes from laughing uncontrollably, and it got me hooked for the rest of the episodes. ^_^

It was jarring at first, but you get used to it, and because it has comedy, it actually fits. It’s like the unexpected heavy metal end song.
