do you encountered any error? of not 1st check the gas pressure requirement must be 11 to 14 wc( water column, low pressure) consider to replace the tank canister if the pressure below 11 wc.
Hey .. Iam troubel main blower erorr.. Power suply in to inverter is a normal .. But display notif main blower erorr..
first go to test mode, you can manually check if the main blower truly won't function. if we identify the problem in test mode we can check the affected parts accordingly.
Hi, our photo eye is not working so it's running constantly. Is there a way to troubleshoot rhat without spending money on replacing the part? The part itself it's working ( red sensor light is on). The oven model is Pe360G Gas. Thank you for any advice.
try to clean or align the photo cell first, we have specific time for sleep mode 1,2,3. it was part of programming process.

Good day I have problem wow oven ps740e. Temperature down and not automatic going up if the energy saver mode is activated. And I touch the sensor to run the unit but sometimes not speed run and temperature not up. I all heater is ok. What the problem my unit?thanks
how long before the temperature reach the setting temperature when the pull power activated? (when you touch the sensor? )

@@erwinmendoza7658 5 to 10 minutes is normal sir. sleep mode 1 is 1 minute plus bake time. sleep mode 2 is 7 minutes sleep mode 3 is 30 minutes sleep mode 4 complete down.

Check for proper tension of conveyor belt, Check that drive sprocket
is tight. try to reset the conveyor motor (breaker switch at the back of unit if included to the model)

possible you encountered a power fluctuation, the equipment come with 3phase supply, 208 3phase, 79amps, , 240 3phase, 69amps, , 380 3phase, 45amps, , 480 3phase, 36amps, , 380vce 3phase, 45amps. kindly check the specific incoming supply.

we don't have a fault if the controller goes in OFF position while the equipment is on process. you can check first the cooling fan if working well, loose connection of breaker switch (door switch).
