@@Mathieu3424 Of course a clay oven at 500Cº would be better, but sometimes the machine has to be adapted to what your offer is, in this case there are a lot of people awaiting for their pizza, the machine is good for what it is required in that place: speed. But the employee is not good, he's not giving attention to what he's really doing, 10 more seconds would make a big difference in this case.
A machine that flattens the dough is so useful. It’s so simple yet I’ve never thought of it, that’s probably just because I’m an idiot though. Some of the crust isn’t uniform enough.
