ice machine equip with a proximity switch, (right side facing the unit) it will turn open or close depend on the swing of curtain. if your curtain suddenly fall the unit will stop to operate. try to check wing arm of curtain maybe it is broken or already damage.

consider mo din double check connection sa heat relay. ( 7 positive, 8 negative, 3,5 or 4,6 contact. if ok ang connection proceed ka sa output ng board specific sa output ng left vat (4,5,6 pin connector 5 is common) kunin mo ng output pag ON mo ng main switch at my nakuha ka output posible sira board mo. dapat mkakuha k ng output pag ON ng Board.

@@elrondevera if wla nman po error ang controller natin, try to clean ang condenser pin bka po my clog na ng dirt, gasket po ng unit bka ndi properly fitted, and ung salansan ng product sa loob bka po wla ng air circulation, try to press the set button twice para malaman kung ano po setting temp we can adjust bt pressing arrow up or down (if ndi po nka lock ang controller) if oks po lahat yan need na po nating ng technician to check reason behind kung bakit ndi bumababa temperature ng unit.salamat po.

do you encountered any error? of not 1st check the gas pressure requirement must be 11 to 14 wc( water column, low pressure) consider to replace the tank canister if the pressure below 11 wc.

@@erwinmendoza7658 5 to 10 minutes is normal sir. sleep mode 1 is 1 minute plus bake time. sleep mode 2 is 7 minutes sleep mode 3 is 30 minutes sleep mode 4 complete down.

we don't have a fault if the controller goes in OFF position while the equipment is on process. you can check first the cooling fan if working well, loose connection of breaker switch (door switch).

(white square box on the top of the unit) if upright model. in the other model located beside the compressor/ condenser assembly.

check the wiring connection first (Main Valve 2 Oms (TH1-PP1) Pilot Valve 10.5 Oms (TH2-PP1) thermostat reading disconnect the wiring connection first. 0.5 oms using multimeter.
