In Flavor Frenzy, theres a best friend duo who litterally has no matching skins, no matching bracelets, basically nothing matching that ik of. Yet the married couple has matching skins (not saying matching skins always = canon ship because the razzle and dazzle lookin brothers from flavor frenzy have multiple pairs of matching skins) and matching bracelets instead of rings cus of the tos and honestly i feel like theyre more similar to sprout and cosmo than the actual best friend duo is.. 😭 Theres also a character named Pineberry who is canonically gay and was almost going to be named Strawberry before they changed his name to Pineberry (which is still similar to a strawberry) but idk if that matters too much also when cosmo asks if sprout is okay in their dialouge he responds by asking if COSMO is okay and is like "if you're okay i'm okay too!" but then in his dialouge with Astro, Astro basically asks the same question "Are you well?" then sprout says "Eh... well enough? What do you want?" which is VERY different from the answer cosmo got.. I once got twisted sprout and cosmo on the same floor and i dont think i was paying much attention so idk if they were following eachother but ive seen MULTIPLE videos of sprout and cosmo on the same floor and following eachother.. Their twisted designs, first of all, have matching arms that might mean they could have been holding hands while being infected. second of all, almost everywhere cosmo isnt infected is where sprout is infected, kinda like their eachothers missing peice or something like that lol anyways um.. ya thats all i wanted to say :D

I honestly dont see Cosmo or Sprout as well… lovers. I see them as good friends, no, best friends. Since these two have like, the same hobby and stuff so they’re pretty close. With all this said, they’re pretty much the closest duo, even having the same Twisted appearances. Also something else i wanna say ik its not rlly related but like, there are popular theories that based on Sprout’s dialogue with Vee, we know that both of them are suspicious of Dandy’s actions, which didnt go unnoticed. To silence him, Dandy locked Sprout in the room behind his store, as shown by the claw marks similar to Twisted Sprout’s claw. Later, Sprout became Twisted, broke out, and started wandering around the place calling for Cosmo, who either ended up becoming Twisted due to either another Twisted, getting locked out of the elevator, going mentally unstable due to being separated from his best friends for too long or even because of Sprout (maybe by accident), but its most likely these two ended up Twisted due to being apart from each other, so yeah ❤️

To complete sprout mastery, you need to survive 30 floors with Cosmo in your run and to get sprout you need to complete cosmos mastery (btw I’m not sure how many floors It was you have to survive. I think it was 30.)

I DO have ONE evidence, I'll update this comment if I find more evidence 1) cosmo has a large sprout plushie in his room. So my theory is that when they were holding hands, ichor fell on them. And sprout protected cosmo from the ichor, basically cosmo getting the least and sprout the most. In sprout’s info he has an ability called “Overprotective” or smth like that. Anyways that’s just my theory.

I honestly dont see Cosmo or Sprout as well… lovers. I see them as good friends, no, best friends. Since these two have like, the same hobby and stuff so they’re pretty close. With all this said, they’re pretty much the closest duo, even having the same Twisted appearances. Also something else i wanna say ik its not rlly related but like, there are popular theories that based on Sprout’s dialogue with Vee, we know that both of them are suspicious of Dandy’s actions, which didnt go unnoticed. To silence him, Dandy locked Sprout in the room behind his store, as shown by the claw marks similar to Twisted Sprout’s claw. Later, Sprout became Twisted, broke out, and started wandering around the place calling for Cosmo, who either ended up becoming Twisted due to either another Twisted, getting locked out of the elevator, going mentally unstable due to being separated from his best friends for too long or even because of Sprout (maybe by accident), but its most likely these two ended up Twisted due to being apart from each other, so yeah ❤️

another thing you might not know but there is a rp server, and you can teleport the something called “toon room” and if you go into razzledazzles room, you can see a comic with Shelly sprout and cosmo, and Shelly points at cosmo after that it’s sprout being flustered with hearts all around the pitcure, the owner also confirmed that fruitcake is a real ship!! :D
So my theory is that when they were holding hands, ichor fell on them. And sprout protected cosmo from the ichor, basically cosmo getting the least and sprout the most. In sprout’s info he has an ability called “Overprotective” or smth like that. Anyways that’s just my theory.
